29/09/2025: This is my first review; I'm not usually one to rate things, as everyone's tastes differ.
However, I have to say this restaurant is absolutely amazing!!! 😋
My son doesn't like pizza or tiramisu, but he ate both at this restaurant!!! From the salad to the dessert, absolutely first-class!!! Thank you, highly recommended!
The service from A to Z was also absolutely friendly and attentive ❤️
10/09/2025: Reviewing a pizzeria is always tricky for me: a pizza that someone thinks is fantastic might not appeal to someone else. Some people prefer it thin and almost crustless, while others prefer it thick with an exaggerated crust; some like it crispy, others soft; some seek the classic Neapolitan style, others Apulian. But on one thing, I think we can all agree: it must be easy to digest and made with top-quality ingredients.
You'll definitely find these two requirements at this pizzeria in Sestri Levante, where you'll also be greeted by the kindness and friendliness of the new, delightful owners and their staff.
What kind of pizza will you find? It's not what I call "cracker pizza," thin and crispy, almost crustless; nor is it the kind that's soggy in the center, so thin you can't tell where the toppings end and the crust begins. The dough, which is left to rise for a long time, is just the right consistency: not too thin, not too thick. The toppings are excellent, and the wood-fired oven cooking is practically perfect.
In short, we'll definitely be back to try the other pizzas on the menu!
