Ristorante di livello, a mio avviso il migliore di Montecatini Terme. Lo chef ha saputo rinnovare con gusto i piatti della tradizione toscana, il tutto sotto la direzione del sempre presente Gaetano che quest anno ci ha accolti al Roof top del Montecatini Palace lhp con vista sulla città…👋a presto
