Excellent welcome, top service. The hotel offers an overall pleasant experience, with comfortable and well-furnished rooms. The staff is courteous and available to satisfy guests' requests. The buffet breakfast is varied and abundant, with fresh, quality products. The central location of the hotel allows you to easily reach the main points of interest. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

For work reasons I found myself staying in this facility for more than two weeks and I must say that I had a very good time. The staff is friendly, smiling and super friendly from the daily greeting, to the good morning in the breakfast room, to the "extra" chat after the day. Well done, you made me feel at home. The breakfast is rich and vast with savory and sweet options, but also vegan and gluten free, on request which is not a given! The location is a little out of the center but with the cycle path everything is reachable, the rooms are large and quiet, the furnishings are a little outdated but overall it fits. The facility also has a spa area 💆 and a swimming pool 🏊 outside. I promise I'll come visit you in the summer 😂😂. I recommend the pizzeria 🍕 which is present on site! Well done guys see you soon 🤗

Good hotel for spending a weekend with friends, spacious and clean rooms, plentiful and attentive international breakfast, excellent SPA and for the summer there is also a swimming pool, a bar/tobacconist and a pizzeria attached to the hotel, good value for money price....recommended

I had a good time, the only flaw is that for now we don't eat food, only pizza, which is still very good, they assured me that from January they will open the kitchen, I don't know whether it will be good or bad, so when I try it I'll post another review

Hotel near the center of Riva is 15 minutes by car on the main road clearly visible with a bar open under the hotel and a pizzeria hotel and a little dated but very clean clean and well heated rooms well stocked breakfast both sweet and savory

We stayed in this hotel for the Christmas period and had a great time... Very nice hotel, spacious, clean and pleasant rooms... Excellent price considering the period. It's a b&b but there is a pizzeria inside where you can dine with excellent pizzas.. They also give you a card where you can use the buses for free.. And you can get discounts on museums and more.. Distance from the center 20 minutes on foot...At the end of our stay we also found a kind gift in our room...What can I say, everything was fine, nothing to add

07/02/2025: Very busy place, but large with ample parking. Possibility of choosing between pizzas and dishes such as meat which is really good. The selection of wines is also excellent.
06/02/2025: It's all great! Food, service, location...but if we want to find a small flaw...the central room (in front of the pizza oven) when it is full of customers, is really noisy and it is difficult to talk to those in front of you. For the rest it is truly the best

04/03/2025: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel, and it truly felt like a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the owner, whose kindness shone through every interaction. This family-run business exudes a personal touch that you simply don’t find in larger hotels. We had an issue with the rental car when we arrived and the owner Marco went above and beyond to help. Every detail here reflects the care and dedication of the family behind the business. The rooms are well maintained rooms and extremely clean. The atmosphere is warm and comforting. I was especially impressed by the spa, which is kept spotlessly clean—a perfect place to unwind and relax. In the evening, dinner was a delightful experience, with a menu that truly impressed and satisfied my taste buds. Every element, from the thoughtful staff and homemade breakfast to the immaculate spa and excellent dinner, tells a story of genuine hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique, heartwarming experience where comfort, care, and personalized service are always at the forefront. The shuttle service to the slopes is a great addition and the driver Alessandro was so proactive and helpful. Thank you to Marco and the staff for all of us for a great holiday.
14/02/2025: I used the hotel's spa service as a customer external to the hotel. The quality/price ratio is very advantageous. €25 for about two and a half hours. Inside the spa there is a relaxation area which children cannot access. There you will find the sauna, the Turkish bath, comfortable loungers to relax in and herbal tea dispensers. In the other room there is the swimming pool with hydromassage tub and the large internal swimming pool which also has external access. The view inside each room is simply wonderful. The only negative aspects are the floor which is extremely slippery and the fact that there is only one very small changing room with no division between men and women, so you waste a lot of time waiting for your turn to change. The staff is kind. As soon as you arrive you will be given a bag with bathrobe, towel and slippers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in these parts and wants to spend a couple of hours in absolute relaxation and carefree.
