I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Genovese Villa Elena in Varazze, and I must say that the experience was pleasant. The structure, located a few steps from the sea, is located in a splendid Art Nouveau villa, which retains all the charm of period houses thanks to the Genoese grit floors and decorated ceilings. The room was welcoming, clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts: TV, minibar and private bathroom. I really appreciated the tranquility of the environment, ideal for a relaxing stay. One of the hotel's strong points is undoubtedly the courtesy and professionalism of the staff, always available to satisfy every need. Another aspect that deserves to be mentioned is the quality of the restaurant: carefully prepared dishes and authentic flavors that enhance the local cuisine. Overall, I highly recommend the Genovese Villa Elena for those who want to stay in Varazze in an elegant, well-kept environment with attentive and familiar service. However, there was one small detail that they could have saved: despite being very kind, the restaurant staff on the last day at breakfast made us find the dirty tablecloth, left there from the previous dinner. I understand that with the presence of small children the tablecloth would get dirty easily, but I think it should still be changed at every meal. Finding a dirty tablecloth from the night before denotes little attention to detail and hygiene. In a hotel or restaurant, equipment care is essential to ensure a pleasant experience for customers.

I think it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in Liguria, new room, spacious with super comfortable bed, terrace, bathroom with a large shower. Breakfast with a good choice of both sweet and savory, very kind and welcoming staff. The hotel is close to both the seafront promenade and the center with all the shops and has a convenient private parking even if not very large. Five stars deserved 😊

A week's vacation with my mom and the ever-present dog Laki, in a cozy, very clean and quiet room, excellent food, car parked in the structure, which is located in the historic center a few steps from the sea. I recommend it!

Excellent food, very well prepared, maximum availability even for those who have particular dietary needs. Perfect service. Availability and kindness on the part of the owners and all the staff. Rooms and common areas very clean and well kept. I recommend it.

I also had a good time because it's not the first time I've stayed with you. One thing this time I didn't like too much was the presence of dogs especially in the dining room. I love animals but there is a limit to everything.

We have been staying in this beautiful property for a few years, this year in the new one that has just opened it has fabulous beds, bathrooms and top rooms, thanks also for your willingness to always have the car available for our afternoon trips Thanks for all your kindness

The hotel is ideally located, 2 minutes from the beach, on the old town main street, with a quiet garden. The balcony of our 65m2 apartment was very small, but the rooms were spacious. And an attentive host, Michele. The parking space on the railing (a little tight... but ok) was great, you don't need the car much. Highly recommended.
