Hotel Ristorante Sasso In Bovolone

I am not biased, even though I have known this establishment for 25 years. I was lucky enough to sit and become a good family friend with the owners (Mirko's mother and father). They told me the origin and how the name Sasso was born. Obviously they are providing for the modernization of the rooms floor by floor, but as far as breakfast is concerned: between bekon, scrambled and hard boiled eggs, and so on and so forth. For dinner he has always been a lover and expert of top quality ingredients, great chef another milestone and the kitchen and impeccable dining room assistant, in addition to the excellent wines.
