We have been frequenting this chain for four years which is now a guarantee but this is definitely the best we have been to. We came here for 10 days with two children aged 9 months and 5 years and we had everything available that could make the holiday easier. In fact, during the booking they informed us that for the little one if they were served in the room they would have provided us with a bottle warmer, a baby bath tub, a night light and a changing table as well as a camping cot. The baby food shop is perfectly equipped with everything available to prepare baby food for the little ones. The property is very well kept, the rooms are even cleaned twice a day. The swimming pool also has a play area which we have never found in other hotels. The distance from the sea is practically just 2 minutes on foot and on the beach you have the opportunity to make full use of the All Inclusive drinks. Animators always present but never intrusive, indeed congratulations for the great work they do. The staff are fantastic, thoughtful, kind and extremely efficient. Betty at reception is a guarantee and a fantastic person. The kitchen and bar guys are fantastic, Vito TOP. We will definitely be back

Beautiful location, clean, exclusive for children and families, a week full of fun and relaxation, the staff is nothing short of fantastic, without excluding anyone, from the welcome, to the ladies of the room services, to the guys at the room service, entertainers, bar service, breakfasts, lunches, super abundant dinners, everything, everything, everything exclusively for our little ones. Everyone has a smile on their face and every wish comes true. They have created a truly superlative situation for families. I really thank everyone for the fun and for making our holiday beautiful. Only 1 small flaw that they are resolving but it is insignificant let's say, the air conditioning in the covered play area is weak, but still livable. THANK YOU ALL.

We stayed at Cervia Village for 8 days, overall everything was fine! Children 4 & 7 had a lot of fun 👍 The room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Food: There was a lot of choice for the main meals 👍 unfortunately the food was often only warm! Unfortunately I wasn't that enthusiastic about the snacks, there are usually only cold pizza slices or far too sweet pastries (which didn't really taste fresh) The pool with slide was great, the water was pleasantly warm. However, the entire pool area (slide, pool, splash area) could use a good basic cleaning 🙈 The kart track with the electric cars is very small but in my opinion enough for the children. However, I found it a shame that it can only be used for about 3 hours a day. It would have been great if it had been open in the morning. I thought the beach was very nice, it was clean and the children had a lot of fun building sandcastles and collecting shells. However, it is advertised that you get two sun loungers and an umbrella from the 4th row. However, we were assigned a seat that was right at the back 🙈 So for us it was more between the 30th and 40th row 🙈 since we have two small children we couldn't really use the loungers because the children preferred to play on the bank and unfortunately we couldn't see them from so far back could have. The next day, when we wanted to place a beach towel at the front of the shore so that we could be closer to the sea with the kids, a very unfriendly man came and strictly pointed out to us that we would only spend our entire stay in our designated spot (at the very back). allowed 🤡 However, the following days, when another family also parked a beach towel + 2 strollers at the front on the shore, it was tolerated. I have to say that we are Austrians, perhaps different regulations apply to locals. However, we felt very fooled. On the whole we were satisfied. However, there is still a bit of room for improvement! We don't regret having been to Cervia Village, but we wouldn't come back again. 😊

Short family holiday with organized and functional spaces. Top meals and snacks with all-inclusive formula (rich and varied buffet). Beach service near the hotel. The only note is the swimming pool with water slides which, being not large, is a little too crowded. It would have been better to have a larger pool, given the number of guests, or two pools: one for children and teenagers and one for adults. Even the space used for evening shows and the toy car circuit (go karts) would need larger spaces. Very kind and helpful staff. Impeccable welcome.

I thought about it a bit. I would say good but not great... I had higher expectations. Our daughters are 3 and 10 years old. The little girl was too small for the mini club with the entertainers, but there was a "nanny" service... Available, however, only from Monday to Friday from 4pm to 7pm. So most of the time she stayed with us (all mornings - all Saturday - all Sunday - goodbye relaxation) The older girl is at an age where not everything is super cool and super interesting, so she had fun in the pool every day and didn't take part in the tournaments organized by the entertainers. She also stayed with us. In my opinion, the right age to bring children and leave them to the entertainers while the parents relax is around 5/6 years. Excellent variety of food, quality not at the top. Not everything was very good, but since there was so much choice you could fall back on something else. There is really nothing to say about quantity. Between aperitifs and snacks and main meals you eat every two hours. Spotless rooms. They are passed both in the morning and in the afternoon. However, I would like to say one thing. The girls who clean, in the afternoon, had the habit of closing the blackout curtains and turning on the lamps, which doesn't make any sense. Better a little less atmosphere and save electricity. However, the bed was very uncomfortable. General maintenance not good. The pool shower column is unsafe, it seems like it could fall at any moment. We stayed 6 nights; for the last 3 days we had the granita dispenser first out of order and then producing liquid granita, only syrup, and the paid children's games (the ones with coins) all broken. Furthermore, the only evening that there was a pool party, the beer and water plug located there was faulty. General cleanliness not good. The pool area is really dirty, like the common areas of the hotel and the restaurant. The laundry area with washing machines and dryers is interesting, but both the machines and the environment should be cleaned, which is really very dirty and messy. Staff (all) extremely kind and helpful, that must be said. You feel pampered like at home. Last note, not a positive experience with a young bartender. One evening I asked if the algida croissants were finished (ice cream available: self-service broken or crooked ice lollies, ice cream in tubs served by the staff in cups) and she replied that they had never been there, annoyed. To which I say that just the night before my daughter had taken one and she replies "those are reserved for vegans, not for you, and in any case they are finished". Apart from the fact that this was not specified, I understand that vegans can also eat ice lollies, tub ice cream and granita. If you want to put the croissant for vegans, put it for everyone.
