We stayed for 4 days last week for the second year in a row with a 4-year-old. Betty and other staff at the hotel are very welcoming and helpful.
The breakfast is excellent, with a varied buffet, including first and second courses. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the cured meats, which weren't exactly top-notch (we left the cooked ham on our plate, it wasn't good).
In short, the menu needs a bit of a makeover.
Otherwise, the entertainment was excellent, the beach was clean, and everyone was always very helpful.

What can I say? This was our second year here, and as always, we felt at home! I'll especially miss the crepes made by the fantastic Cinzia, always so cheerful with both adults and children. I'll also miss the liveliness and kindness of our super entertainer Giorgia, and the courtesy of all the staff in general. Thank you for this wonderful week we spent together, and a special thanks to Betty for her availability and kindness! See you soon!

We just finished our family vacation with our two-and-a-half-year-old and five-year-old daughters. We had a great time; the entertainment staff were super fun and super sweet with the kids, and the waiters were kind and always smiling. Tony and Andreea, in particular, were incredibly sweet with our girls.
At the bar, we always found excellent coffee and friendly bartenders.
The beach was clean, including the restrooms, and the staff were also kind and friendly.
I would have appreciated having the pool and toy cars running all day, but we really had a great time; we highly recommend it. Well done everyone, and thank you.

Just returned from the CFH CERVIA VILLAGE, a truly special family vacation... about 100 meters from the sea with a private beach; the hotel is located 600 meters from Cervia's historic center and is very close to the coast. Our rooms were beautiful and spacious. Upon arrival, the atmosphere was cheerful, sunny, and relaxing: BETTY, a key presence at reception, coordinates arrivals and departures impeccably with a smile, always ready to listen to each guest and recommend the best solutions; she intervenes promptly to resolve any unexpected issues. My special THANK YOU goes to Betty. In the restaurant, the welcome is spectacular; you feel right at home thanks to the cheerfulness, thoughtfulness, and immense availability of VITTORIO, who treats each of us as if we were part of his family. The friendliness of chef VINCENZO and the delicacies he prepares captivate and satisfy even the most sophisticated palates. The team of chefs and waiters is always efficient and smiling. I'd especially like to thank CINZIA, a special person who pays attention to each individual, friendly and welcoming; her crepes are amazing! A special thanks also goes to the baristas led by DOMENICO, who, with his experience, prepares exceptional coffees and cappuccinos. EMMA and LILLY are also very skilled, efficient, and helpful, always ready to satisfy even the most demanding customers' requests. Furthermore, I've noticed that they perfectly remember everyone's preferences (ristretto, macchiato, etc.), which helps create a family atmosphere. The entertainment team is the TOP! The head entertainer LORENZO is special, competent, and friendly...one of the best I've ever met. SANDRA is fantastic, incredibly charming, and also has great talents. Together, Lorenzo and Sandra created some fun evenings for us, making adults and children laugh; they are truly amazing!!! Seeing is believing...then there's Elena, who has an extraordinary voice and sings beautifully; Gaia, who is talented at dancing; Sara and Michelle, who are sweet, competent, and friendly; my daughter had a blast with you. ILARIA curated and organized competitive and fun activities for the Junior Club kids, engaging even the shyest ones; and for the first time, my son wanted to share dinner with his peers, and for that I have to thank Ilaria's empathy. I also mustn't forget GIORGIA, who was a real inspiration for us: a competent, genuine, and friendly entertainer with a mesmerizing gaze; as was ALESSANDRO, who was brilliant at dancing to the Chipmunk song; and MARCO, a spectacular DJ. The only suggestions I could offer for future improvements are these: we could try to be more present in the game room (video game area) to prevent "some children," unsupervised by their parents, from taking exclusive control of some video games and preventing other children from participating. A temporary parking area (for loading/unloading luggage only) could be created in front of the hotel, as well as for the shuttle that takes you to the parking lot, which is about 3 km away. Everything was perfect, perhaps too perfect, like the housekeeping service, which (depending on the staff) could seem excessive, as they often knock or ask if the trash needs to be taken out or if towels are needed. The week flew by, meaning we felt welcomed and at home in a joyful and relaxing atmosphere! Thanks to all the staff, and I hope to return next year!!!

A wonderful experience...we arrived and didn't have to worry about anything else. The entertainment is always there, not even the rain stops them, and the kids never have time to get bored! Close to the town center, where there's a market every evening.

We stayed with a 3-year-old. He had a great time, the facility is suitable, but we adults would have a few suggestions for improvements.
Let's start with the food: lots of choice, and not all of it is of high quality, especially the appetizer buffet. It's mostly boiled vegetables with no seasoning, and almost the same things are served every day. The express first courses are better. The second courses are nothing: bland cordon bleu and various pre-packaged fried foods, dry meat, and poorly made fish, except for the mixed fried food. The same goes for desserts: frozen cakes and always the same ones.
The freshly made pizza and kebab piadinas are delicious. Breakfast could also be better: poor-quality croissants, cakes bordering on mediocre. The freshly made pancakes and crepes, however, are always good. You have to choose carefully, I repeat, you could opt for less quantity but more quality!
The rooms were missing hangers!
But above all, I suggest changing the delivery time for pallets of food for the kitchen because I find it UNACCEPTABLE to be woken up at 7:00 a.m. on vacation by people screaming and metal carts being dragged right under the bedroom windows.
In the children's kitchen, which they call "the food pantry," there was always no milk in the fridge.
The children's electric cars don't work in the evening. Why? It's the perfect time to use them! In the afternoon, the kids are at the beach or the pool, it seems obvious to me!
Overall, I give it a passing grade because there were also several positive things: the pool is very nice, as is the beach. The staff is friendly, and the entertainment team is committed.
Considering the price, it's not a vacation that makes me say "wow."

We've been coming to this hotel for 4 years.
It's too beautiful to describe in words.
The service and staff are impeccable.
The rooms are super clean and organized.
The hotel is beautiful, as is the outdoor pool. The trips were super nice, except for one amazing power outage. Otherwise, I would always come here, and for that reason, I recommend it to everyone.

The ad says: the best vacation ever. And I can only confirm that!!
We've been coming to this property for two years now, and it's always a wonderful experience, both for our girls and for us.
The property is welcoming, spacious, clean, and well-maintained. It's about a 3-4 minute walk from the beach. The beach facilities are reserved for Cervia Village guests and are well-equipped and offer a wide range of amenities, as is the case throughout Romagna. There are games for children, tables, a beach volleyball court, beach tennis courts, ping pong, foosball, basketball, and more. At the entrance, in the area with the tables, there are taps with soft drinks, beer, and slushes, as part of the all-inclusive Family Hotel package.
The rooms, divided between those in the main hotel building and in beautiful separate buildings, are available in various sizes. Even the smaller ones are comfortable and functional.
At the reception, Betty and the entire staff know how to welcome you and are always available. Once you've passed the lobby, you exit and find yourself in the pool area: there are three: a small one for children with a slide, splash pad, and a "nerd"; a slightly larger pool; and a large one with four large slides that are a real joy for kids. Next door is the inflatable area, electric cars, and the entertainment area, where there's also a weekly foam party!
The food is top-notch: Chef Vincenzo is always attentive and available, able to accommodate every request. Antonio tempts you with his delicacies (his grilled steaks are a must-try), and all the wait staff is incredibly kind and friendly. Cinzia (with her inimitable crepes), and then Tony, Roul, and Maria, whom I hope to see again next year. And of course, how could we not mention Domenico, along with Emma, Lili, and Luchino, always ready at the bar to satisfy any caffeine cravings.
And then there's the entertainment. The kind that's beautiful, engaging without being intrusive. Lorenzo, the village manager, is a real gem. Alessandro, the best tournament organizer on the entire Adriatic coast, Sandra, Giorgia, Ilaria, Sara, Riccardo (known as "buongioornoo"), and then Michelle, brilliant and incredibly sweet: my girls are absolutely in love and mention her every day. Well done, well done, well done. Entertainment: It's top-notch fun.
A round of applause to director Andrea. On the evening of the Pink Night, a pool party was organized. On that occasion, everyone who works at Cervia Village was introduced, one by one, from the director to the entertainment staff, maintenance workers, cooks, wait staff, waiters—everyone, in fact. And each one walked past the guests with a smile, proud of their work, and received a well-deserved round of applause. It's something I think is truly worthy and I appreciated it immensely.
So yes, the best vacation ever!
Ps: I'm thinking of coming back for a few days in September, I think I'll organize it eventually..

What can I say other than that we had an absolutely wonderful time. The hotel is well-designed, with spacious and always clean rooms. The spaces are very well-managed, allowing even small children (ours are 4 and 2) to have a comfortable and relaxing stay for the whole family. However, the real highlight of this family hotel is the staff, who know how to create a truly precious atmosphere of harmony and family. The food is excellent and served with love and kindness by chef Vincenzo and cooks Mattia and Antonio. Even at breakfast, the children feel welcomed by the exceptional Cinzia, who sweetly prepares and serves pancakes and crepes. Mealtimes are also made enjoyable by the always super-friendly wait staff, including Violetta and Ira. The snacks are exceptional, thanks also to the delicious pizzas and focaccias prepared to order. The days are enlivened by a fantastic group of entertainers led by Sandra and Lorenzo. We'd especially like to thank Riccardo, Sara, Elena, Michelle, Gaia, Marco, and Alessandro... Everyone was truly wonderful; without them, our vacation wouldn't have been the same. The icing on the cake was the always tidy and clean beach, thanks to Riccardo and his family. This year, we found a place to return to in future summers; we hope to see everyone again!
