although short, I had a wonderful experience! the only room available was the harmony, a wonderful suite at an extremely competitive price!
the plus points for this structure are many:
friendliness, professionalism and cleanliness; without forgetting the restaurant: I had a wonderful meal with exquisite dishes!
unfortunately it was a short one-night stay for work reasons, but should the opportunity arise again it would certainly be my first choice... highly recommended!

I stayed overnight on the weekend of 5/6 October with my family (6 people for three rooms).
Two ladies welcomed us, the "largest" was a cumbersome presence who followed our every movement in the day and a half we stayed, remaining next to us at check in, present in the hall every time we went out and came back and staying in the breakfast room the next morning for no apparent reason.
Instead, the second lady, the one who checked us in, seemed almost disturbed by our presence, answering our legitimate questions in a cold and uncourteous way.
In fact, on the site, the standard rooms are described with "heating and hairdryer", well, the hairdryer can be requested at reception according to availability since the structure has few of them to deliver and it cannot be taken the night before for the next morning (assuming that a customer comes down in his pajamas to get the hairdryer and proceed to the shower)....but what was even more surreal was the response given when we asked for the remote control for the air conditioner: "it's not a period. It's given in the room only when it's period".
It is not known what is meant by period, and it is not understandable that they know how a customer can feel cold or hot in the rooms.
From here, the rooms on the 3rd floor are poorly maintained and clean, with small oversights that do not justify the price per night (75!). The suite, evidently recently refurbished, is truly very beautiful and well finished (even if the floor-level shower allowed us to be completely flooded) and can be sold at the standard price.
In the evening we had dinner in the really elegant and well-kept restaurant, so much so that it made us think that they were two different managements. Good menu and generous portions. Courteous and 'delicate' staff, even if prices are high for a standard hotel restaurant.
The next morning, to welcome us, in addition to the elderly lady from the day before (sigh!) there was a very kind and courteous man who took care of our hot order and greeted us for check out.
Strategic location for travellers, right at the motorway exit with supermarkets, dairies, McDonald's and bars right next to it and also a small shopping center 5 minutes away by car.
For the same reason, however, we slept badly because late at night, trucks of suppliers from the surrounding businesses "celebrated" with continuous horns and useless shouts.
It should be "sold" as a short-term hotel for passing travelers (or truckers) and not as a hotel beyond two stars.
