Hotel Ristorante Ramandolo In Udine

Simply great. We had to look for new accommodation in Udine at short notice because the accommodation we had booked was canceled. The boss personally arranged everything necessary so that we could still enjoy the short trip. We wanted 2 nights, but he said there was only accommodation for 1 night. 5 minutes later and after a few phone calls, we had a top room for 2 nights. Mille Grazie. Service at its best. 👍👍👍👍

Excellent buffet, although a little expensive. Attention! The cost of the dish varies based on the size of the portion, which is why the waiters serve VERY GENEROUS portions.

Nice hotel just not happy with them turning off the ac and not telling us that until we came back at 3am and told us to open the window. I have bad allergies and asthma so it gets really hard to breathe. I understand it’s cold at night and the Italian way is to open the window but in this situation I need it. I sleep terribly and when I told the front desk they just told me oh well pretty much. I pick this place for my last night here to make it special with my fiancée very disappointed, I’m Italian I come to this town often to see my family that lives here. I will not be coming back to this hotel. Also the screens to turn on do not disturb doesn’t work very well. The tv doesn’t let you change the language and when you try the Bluetooth it doesn’t work. They said they recently “upgraded these rooms” but it seems like they only did for themselves.

Very good at service and to be honest a quiet place with very expert and calm workers.

Nos alojamos por 2 noches en el hotel, con desayuno, y tuvimos una cena en el restaurante del hotel. El hotel está clasificado correctamente con 3 estrellas, sin embargo, pediría una habitación en la parte trasera, ya que hay una calle en todo momento concurrida en la parte delantera. El desayuno estaba bien, excepto por el café de la máquina (muy pobre para los estándares italianos). La cena fue buena, pero no detectamos platos típicos de la región. Buena ubicación a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad. En general, me hubiera gustado dar 3 , 5 puntos, pero Tripadvisor no lo permite!
