The rooms are a bit dated, but overall the hotel offers a complete service. Breakfast is good, dinner is excellent (the vegetable/appetizer buffet was a bit lacking, as it was almost always sold out by 7:30 PM). Top-notch personal service, which is definitely its strong point: very kind and helpful staff.

It was a very nice stay. We had half board. In the morning, you could choose your dinner. It was fantastic. Antipasti followed by a three-course menu. The location was excellent. The bus stop was right in front of the main entrance. Everything was paid for with the Tirol Card. Only the Three Peaks had to be paid for.
