For work my husband and I found ourselves in Amatrice and as we passed we noticed this restaurant and even though it was a little later than lunch time they still let us sit. Welcoming staff and very good food. 😉

Modern hotel, beautiful rooms as well as the whole common area, shame about the breakfast, really poor, little variety, there is nothing salty, and above all, the food was displayed, bread, cakes and croissants in plain sight and within reach of flies, it takes very little to cover them, a napkin is enough...

Good hotel completely rebuilt, modern and welcoming rooms although not very large but well structured Safety measures appropriate to the territory and best practices Breakfast was basically good but could be improved with more choice

We went to Amatrice like every year. And we never miss lunch at Castagneto, since the first year after the earthquake. Always excellent food, always excellent service. Definitely recommended.

Ho pranzato al ristorante durante tour. E bike. Eravamo in 3, tre primi, un giro di arrosticini, assaggio di formaggi ed insalata. Tutto molto buono, in particolare le amatriciane, le migliori assaggiate nel corso del giro. Prezzo ragionevole, atmosfera cordiale. Consigliabile.

23/11/2024: Today for lunch with friends, excellent food, tagliatelle made really well, coratella, tripe, beans with pork rinds, cold cuts, vegetables in oil, and so on and so forth. Truly homely environment, the typical trattoria of the past. The friendly and helpful staff. We will be back for sure. Well done and thanks for everything
