Hotel Ristorante Hermitage In Poggio a caiano

We had a short but truly special stay at this hotel, greeted from the very first moment with a smile and warm hospitality. Special thanks go to the staff, who pampered us down to the smallest detail and were extremely attentive to our usually shy dog: she immediately felt at ease here! The room was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable; we slept wonderfully. Breakfast was another highlight: plentiful, tasty, and with a wide selection of sweet and savory options, perfect for starting the day with energy. The hotel is nestled in an oasis of peace, surrounded by a pine forest that creates a relaxing atmosphere. The pool and terrace with a view complete the experience, offering moments of pure relaxation. We absolutely recommend this place, ideal for a regenerating break in nature, even with our four-legged friends!

We stayed at the property for just one night. The hotel is well-located, elevated above the town, with views of the Florentine hills. The restaurant and spacious terrace are lovely, and the pool is worth a visit. Convenient on-site parking is available. Breakfast was very well-organized, with excellent products and a wide selection. Good value.

We were very happy with our stay there. Stuff was really kind, rooms were clean and breakfast was good also. Pool and everything around was clean. View was wonderful. We felt really good there, I reccomend and probably will come back.

Beautiful structure, wonderful view, friendly staff

Standard rooms but with large, very welcoming common areas and a view that enchants you from every side. The pool is an extra that allows you to feel on vacation even if so close to the city. Very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast also satisfied us. I would definitely go back

The room is small with a balcony, the bed is large and comfortable, 100% night's rest is guaranteed. Clean room and hotel. Bed linen and bath amenities are changed every day. Breakfast is good. Parking on site.

Ciao, Blessings in Yehoshua HaMashiach’s Name. This was a nice place. 9/10 stars! Bravo! SERVICE The reception was welcoming and accomodating. The reception was willingly chatty, kind and helpful. Had good conversation with one of the staff. He spoke French, Italian, English. He was educated, service oriented, friendly, well spoken and fair in helping me with the reservations. God bless him and may he have a great one. The staff for the meal in the morning knew well how to take care of you, I felt treated and respected. Much appreciated. RESTAURANT v1 At the morning meal you will find a wide variety of sweets, even yogurt, bread and some eggs (scrambled). The fruit could use some upgrade. If you’re looking for a smoothie, go to the town. RESTAURANT v2 The restaurant at night seems to be different than the hotel. Albeit not rude, I did not enjoy my interaction at night with them there. ROOM The rooms look nice. Had rest. The room I received was quite small and cozy, it had a wonderful view. Sorry I did not take a picture of the view. You will pay for your stay but in my visit the staff was fair in pricing and accomodation. I absolutely would recommend to a member of family to visit this for 2-3 nights. I’m not sure if the shower was supposed to but it is constructed in a way where the water stays and the soap foams over the feet. Wonderful. I absolutely love it. And it doesn’t spill outside because of it’s (showers’) high walls. Like a castle. It’s beautiful. The soap had a nice fragrance too. Bene. OTHER The location is slightly outside of town. 5-10 minutes walking. It is close to the field. Unfortunately the pool is closed for construction at the hotel lobby. The outdoors could be explored, I didn’t love the outside seating as it was right next to parking lot. Felt not private. Bello, E R
