I stayed in this hotel with my family for 2 nights. I'll definitely point it out. The structure is a little old but very comfortable. Spacious and bright rooms. The staff were very kind and ready for every request. Well-kept and very clean swimming pool. Very good breakfast. Restaurant to recommend. Top Florentine steak

I spent two nights at the Hermitage for work, certainly the look and furnishings are a bit from the 70s and in fact it is a bit noisy, but I must say that the cleanliness of the room is above average, I appreciated the presence of two pillows in the bed (one high and one low) and above all the kindness of the staff. I asked the night concierge for advice on a taxi to take me to Florence and he promised to find it and ask for the best quote, leaving the note for his colleague in the morning. Really very kind staff. I would go back

Htl which has maintained the vintage style of the 70s, the period in which it was built. Truly lovely location overlooking Florence. Furthermore, the availability and kindness of the dining room staff contributes to a good stay, in particular Mrs. Silvana who also provides excellent advice on the nearest places to visit and their history. Air condition was not working. They explained that they will activate it at the beginning of May.

Excellent welcome, spacious and super clean rooms. Everyone is very kind, from the reception staff, to breakfast, to cleaning. I have come to this establishment several times when I go to Tuscany. The welcome is fabulous, the staff always attentive, and bending over backwards to ensure that your stay goes well. We are welcomed there as if we were part of the family. Multilingual staff. Quiet and calm hotel, very clean rooms. From the terrace, the view of Florence is fabulous. We appreciate the huge free parking as well as the hearty breakfast. Animals are as welcome as their owners. I recommend 200% You won't find better around, especially 12km from Florence.

Hotel in a beautiful location, reasonable price and ample internal parking to leave the car. Very friendly and nice staff. Clean and well-organized rooms but they feel a little the weight of the years.
