I have to give a 4 star review, because of the rooms. Even though they seemed very clean, they were very outdated. Apart from that, breakfast was delicious, and prices were pretty reasonable. On top of that, there are electric car chargers available in great price with the convenience of paying at the counter during checkout.

I had a truly positive experience at the Hotel Hermitage in Poggio a Caiano. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with great kindness by Selina at the front desk, always smiling, helpful, and ready to assist with any needs—a welcome that immediately puts me in a good mood. The hotel is well-maintained and functional, perfect for business travelers but also for those seeking relaxation. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, and the breakfast is excellent, varied, and plentiful. A hotel I sincerely recommend, as it combines comfort, professionalism, and a warm welcome that will leave a lasting impression. Kind regards to all of you. See you soon.

05/10/2025: My wife and I ate at this restaurant a week ago, located in Vernio, a town in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The place is very nice, intimate, and welcoming. The staff is very kind and cheerful. There's a wide selection of appetizers, homemade pasta, and many pizza options. In my opinion, I've had my best pizza here. The dough is very soft, simple yet distinctive, with many aromatic notes. Excellent value for money. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

05/03/2026: Back in 2026 Always excellent. Excellent ciabatta Great experience The fried mushrooms and the cooked ciabatta are delicious Top waiter. The gentleman is the best, he alone is worth the entrance fee 🤣
22/02/2026: The two of us arrived on a Saturday evening after 9 pm without a reservation (sorry! 😅). The place was packed, and while we waited for a table, we were offered a nice glass of prosecco. When they gave us a table, after we ordered, they brought us a small plate of really tasty coccoli. The pizza was delicious, and the dessert was spectacular. The service was a bit slow because it was so crowded. So, to sum it up: the atmosphere was welcoming and clean; the staff were extremely kind and patient (sometimes there are customers with special needs that would make the saints lose their patience); the food was very good and of excellent quality (kudos to the kitchen staff, too!). I highly recommend this place. Thank you!!
