Seriously, we're amazed at how great a hotel can be on the street. Compared to the three-star hotel we stayed in afterward, we longed for El Sombrero.

Beautiful dishes, meticulously prepared with the freshest seafood and authentic flavors. Elegance and class permeate every corner, but what's most striking is the kindness and warmth of the welcome. The family atmosphere is palpable, making the atmosphere unique and special. Even children are welcomed with love and attention: you truly feel at home here. Highly recommended!

Rating: 5: Wine: Satàri CVA Canicatti: excellent 4: Selection of raw Mazara red shrimp, white shrimp, scampi, tuna, and fish strips with lime sauce: small portion 4-5: Mixed fried fish, mixed seafood, and vegetables: delicious 3-4: Crispy Nebrodi black pig in an almond crust on a cream of smoked eggplant and roasted potatoes: almost cold 3-4: Dessert: Ricottamisu: too watery

05/03/2026: Every time we go to Sciacca, we stroll through Caltabellotta, which I've dubbed the village of silence (great for recharging your batteries), and we always have lunch at La Ferla. With this review, I reiterate what I've written in the past: I recommend the house appetizers, the carbonara with zucchini, the mutton, and the zuccotto. All enjoyed with a spectacular view. Recommended
