My experience in Porto San Giorgio was truly pleasant. First of all, I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff, always courteous and available for any need. Upon arrival, the first impression of the environment was quite positive, thanks to a welcoming style, a combination of ancient and modern and the tranquility that can be felt. The white shelves with plants and display cases inside the structure add a particular and appreciable touch. The bar environment is equipped with a TV and offers the possibility of purchasing cold drinks. Everything is within reach and easy to reach inside. The hall bathroom is very clean and welcoming.
The dining room is a pleasant and bright environment, with a splendid view of the sea. There aren't many stairs to reach the rooms, and there is also a modern, illuminated elevator. The arrival in the room was positive thanks to the excellent cleanliness, clearly superior to that of other places visited. The daily cleaning service was very satisfactory, serious and professional staff. My room was equipped with a TV, landline telephone and a courtesy kit with scented liquid soap, bath cap, bar of soap and sealed glass. The window had a mechanized shutter and the fan was modern, with adjustable light shade. The bed was very comfortable and comfortable, and there were mirrors in both the bedroom and bathroom. The wardrobe was very useful for storing my suitcases. I never heard any noise or disturbance from other customers, making my stay very pleasant.
A few steps from the hotel, even just outside, there is the sea: a free beach with showers and also various establishments. I spent a few days sunbathing on the beach, which is very attractive with its breakwaters. Next to the sea there is also the Ferris wheel. The location of the hotel is perfect, with several activities nearby, such as pizzerias, including Farina, a restaurant appreciated for its Neapolitan pizza, where I had a satisfying dinner. There is also an ice cream shop next to a pizza by the slice shop, where I had a positive experience. Just below the hotel, on the right, there is a bar that also serves as a pizzeria, useful in emergencies.
At Eden I was able to have breakfast included and, of my choice, also various lunches. I ate very well, trying something different than usual. One aspect that surprised me was the presence of attractions such as the amusement park, markets and musical events in the establishments, and in particular the passage of the train right next to the hotel. Very nice for those who want to visit Torre di Palme, a place with breathtaking views. It is one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. A fascinating medieval location with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. Its narrow streets, stone houses and flowered balconies contribute to evoking a romantic atmosphere. The village is also known for the Bosco del Cugnolo, where the Lovers' Cave is located, linked to a romantic legend.
I also had the opportunity to visit Porto Sant'Elpidio (also nearby), located in the province of Fermo; it is a seaside city characterized by a long cycle path, chalets with restaurants, historic villas and fashion outlets. The city extends along 7 km of sea coast and has an urban fabric developed in line with the sea coast. It is an ideal place for walking.
In conclusion, it is already pleasant to spend time in this area, but it is also possible to reach other interesting areas by public transport, where you will find shops, supermarkets, parks, stations and other services such as laundromats, shopping centers and city restaurants /fast food.
I will keep a sweet memory of this place!

Last week, we stayed at this lovely hotel with our group for 4 days and had a wonderful time.
The management is family-run but everyone puts their heart and soul into making guests feel good.
The Eden hotel is a more than decent 3-star hotel equipped with all comforts.
The size of the rooms is standard, we had a triple room and the space was just right, the bathroom was adequate for the room and still quite comfortable, the cleanliness of the rooms was excellent.
Good breakfast, coffee, croissants and various other things served directly at the bar (adjacent to the dining room), in my opinion an excellent choice to limit waste but above all I enjoyed a real coffee and cappuccino finally not from automatic dispensers. Excellent cakes, all homemade. If I may be allowed to make a suggestion, the buffet should be enriched a little.
Excellent dinner, really good first and second courses made with experience but above all with passion by the very young chef, calmly ask for an encore which will not be denied.
My opinion for this small family-run hotel is excellent and I would happily return.
