Hotel Ristorante Calinferno In Codognè

12/05/2025: Delicious dinner, well-studied and well-prepared dishes, kind and attentive staff. The internal room is well soundproofed and we could not hear anything of the evening that was taking place outside. Clean place. Everything is truly excellent, the only flaw is that the decaffeinated coffee is undrinkable, and if more lactose-free dishes could be added it wouldn't be bad (but this last one is advice I give to all restaurateurs). However, they were good at adapting some dishes to make them lactose free

28/04/2025: Truly recommended place, the drinks are really good (pink chili pepper (it didn't drive me crazy I was expecting something more but still not bad at all, a twist on fashioned rum in a modern way) and two Gibsons both really very very good) the food was nothing short of fantastic, excellent service (even if I was expecting table service for the Gibson but it was absolutely not a problem) waiting time about 10 minutes for 5 drinks. The environment was quite noisy but still allowed us to speak freely without problems. 8.5/10 I had an excellent evening and really enjoyed what I consumed (prawns and pulled pork meatballs), a note of merit absolutely earned for the two Gibsons, both absolutely fantastic
