Excellent service, excellent location, high-quality dishes, excellent ingredients. 5 stars. I know it's not 5, but I'm just pointing out the only thing that needs fixing: the invisible 3cm step in the center of the room.

It's a property with a lovely garden, a fairly convenient location, and ample parking. It's a shame the restaurant was closed during the week of August 15th.

23/01/2026: Excellent!!! Among the other fruit and cream flavors, I recommend the baked peach one, which is excellent and, as far as I know, you won't find it at any other ice cream shop. The pistachio, which I also helped develop, acting as a guinea pig, is beyond words, but so flavorful. That pistachio won second place in a national competition. I greet and hug Alessandro and his lab staff. I greet Fiorenza, the tireless "director" and almost a classmate, along with Katiuscia, who, yes, is my daughter's classmate. I insist on recommending and praising the courtesy and high level of usefulness of the ice creams. P.S. The last one is missing because I noticed, and didn't appreciate it at all, that one of the sales assistants doesn't wear her long hair properly, and I noticed it when the owners were not present.

08/09/2025: How could I not recommend this mountain hut... easy route 1.5 hours at a normal pace 2 hours stopping several times to admire all the beauty of the valley... finally arriving at the last pine trees the view will open up allowing you to glimpse a shirt that smells of history a few meters away... .. mountain hut rebuilt several times by the old manager, father of the current one due to winter avalanches. Large comfortable tables with the possibility of refreshments (actually a full-fledged lunch) managers LIKE IN THE PAST!! Kind people with the hard work and passion of their hosts in their eyes and hands... a family that in a wood-fired kitchen churns out dishes for more than 50/70 people on busy days... and to an even greater surprise, only Anke, the lady, in the kitchen... nowadays in an average restaurant one cook isn't even enough for three customers, and with a professional kitchen... here the wait is obligatory... (a plate of speck, eggs, and potatoes could require a 10/15 minute wait with the hut full at rush hour) but you are on vacation... excellent food, try the burgers (you won't eat anything better)... no bicycles on the woods side due to obvious ‼️ dangers ⚠️... dogs on leashes because chickens and geese roam among the tables... view... needless to say... manager Alfred and his sons are always available... we will return every year!!
07/09/2025: A one-of-a-kind mountain hut! Every time I go I feel at home! 5-star service and food, the owners are truly a fantastic family! An unmissable event in the valley! Congratulations, keep it up!
