Hotel Restaurant Rosengarten In Nova levante

A cute little hotel with very attentive staff who take excellent care of their guests and offer excellent cuisine. There's also a superbly equipped spa area, perfect for relaxing after hiking or skiing. The hotel is in a superbly quiet location with hiking trails right next to it, making it perfect for an active holiday. The gondola station is also just a few minutes away by car or a short walk away.

Very nice hotel in the middle of the woods, clean and very nice rooms

I stayed at this property for two nights with my husband and two children. Overall, the stay was very pleasant. The hotel is nice and in a good location (very close to Lake Carezza). A few trails start from the hotel, but we didn't take them because they aren't suitable for strollers. The spa is small, but there's a beautiful pool where children can also use it until 5:30 PM. Our room (no. 111) was quite spacious and clean. Fortunately, it didn't have carpeting, which is present in the common areas and, I assume, also in some older rooms. Downsides: no bidet and shared terrace. As for the food, we found breakfast very good and plentiful (both sweet and savory), but dinner was a bit less satisfying. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed for 3 nights the first week of September. A good hotel with a spa in Nova Levante, but in a remote location, about 1.5 km (uphill) from the cable car. This isn't a problem for those with a car, as there isn't much to do in Nova Levante anyway, and it's preferable to travel to Carezza, even for dining. The property is fairly new, well-maintained, and clean, but the modern style makes it a bit anonymous, as do the rooms, which don't give the impression of being in the mountains. The spa is excellent, with a wellness program, sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor whirlpool, and a heated pool. The sweet and savory breakfast buffet is plentiful and varied, and although the quality of the products is excellent, even here there's no clear sense of "locality." We only used the buffet dinner once, at €25 per person, excluding drinks. We only had still water, which came in an anonymous bottle (filtered water???) and was charged €2.50. Frankly, I find this a rather questionable commercial choice, given that the buffet price could easily cover the cost of water, given that the tap water is already very good. However, the buffet is varied but as bland as the breakfast buffet. Dinner, on the other hand, was offered for €40 per person, without drinks, and included, in addition to the buffet, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, with a choice of two options provided each morning at breakfast. Again, the menu choices were fairly international (to give you an idea, one evening you could choose linguine with pesto...). Choosing the ¾ board option when booking allows you to have breakfast and a snack/buffet/dinner for €30 per person, saving about €10 per person per evening; the price is very competitive, and I recommend it only if you don't have high expectations for a typical/gourmet dinner. Overall, it's still a good establishment, with excellent value.

I spent three days here with my wife and we had a wonderful time. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable and always available to serve guests with the utmost courtesy. The spa offers several options, all well-maintained. Finally, we especially appreciated the dinner service: quality dishes always served promptly. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Rosengarten with our kids! The service was outstanding – special thanks to Alexander for his warm and welcoming assistance, and to the breakfast staff for their friendly and attentive service every morning. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Everything about the hotel made us feel relaxed and well cared for – we would definitely love to come back!

At first glance, the hotel looks very nice from the outside, including the common areas and spa. The problem arises when you enter the room, because it's nothing like the photos. We booked directly from the website, where there are photos of very modern and new rooms, as confirmed by the booking.com images. The room was a bit dated, especially the bathroom, with a poorly functioning showerhead and the carpet a bit worn and stained. In any case, our room, 205, didn't at all match the decor of the rooms shown in the photos, either on the official website or in the 45 booking.com images. Not up to the standard of a 4-star hotel (no minibar). Out of fairness to guests, it would be right to publish photos of these rooms as well, so as not to be "cheated" upon arrival at the hotel. This was all brought to the attention of the reception. On a positive note, the kindness of the staff, the common areas, the location, and the breakfast.

We felt right at home and slept wonderfully. The staff was extremely kind and always available. The manager is a real insider :) The spa area is also beautiful (grotto, sauna, Turkish bath, etc.) with a lovely pool. Excellent food, with a good breakfast and, above all, a buffet of always fresh vegetables. The à la carte menu is always varied. In short, if you want to relax, this is the hotel for you.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The room was as pictured, clean and tidy. The spa exceeded expectations, truly excellent. The breakfast was well-stocked and with fresh products, including the cakes, which were truly excellent. The staff was friendly and polite. The only flaw was the lack of a bidet in our room. Everything else was truly excellent, we'll be back!
