Great hotel with a beautiful room. Top-notch pool, spa, and sauna. A bonus: some staff members speak French and offer a very warm welcome. Very reasonable drink prices.

The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine. Service is very good (contrary to some of the other reviews here; I'll just say: what goes around comes around). We were absolutely satisfied and felt very well treated, no matter what area we were in. The entire staff is very attentive and helpful. The hotel has a spa area with a sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and a beautiful indoor pool. Everything is very clean, even if some guests are real freaks. The breakfast buffet is very extensive. Additional options such as scrambled or fried eggs are available. Dinner can culminate in a three-course menu. Everything is highly recommended. We were and are very satisfied with the overall package. The location: simply fantastic, summer and winter, right next to the forest, with a view of the Kölner Hütte. A ski slope runs directly past the hotel, ending at the lift in Welschenofen.

I spent a weekend with my family at this beautiful property immersed in the woods. Spacious and comfortable rooms, excellent food and very kind staff who satisfied all our needs. The SPA is a real gem. It was a fantastic experience. We will definitely be back!! Thank you!!

Location immersed in peace and greenery, friendly staff attentive to the needs of the guests, wonderful spa. Huge rooms with spectacular views, heated pool and super relaxation area. Friendly and helpful even with children who did not want the stay to end, Thomas, the son of the wonderful owners, was an excellent entertainer for my children. Excellent cuisine. Highly recommended, we can't wait to go back.

Fantastic weekend dedicated to relaxing in nature and good food! Wonderful hotel, surrounded by greenery and with a position overlooking the valley! Breathtaking views with a mountain path suitable even for lazy people like me! And after the walk…? Super pool, outdoor jacuzzi and beautiful Spa wellness center where there is no shortage of pampering! Just as there is no shortage of pampering at the table with a typical South Tyrolean menu and the very high quality of the cuisine of the super owner Roman! The icing on the cake???
