Truly a stunning hotel, with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The spa is sensational, offering a wealth of amenities to fully relax. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located just outside the town, as you can see on the map. There was ample parking, and it was easy to find. The swimming pool is large and modern, while the sauna area is a bit dated and doesn't quite live up to the standard, though it's a good size. Unfortunately, the showers there could use some TLC. The restaurant and bar area is well-designed, and the breakfast was good and plentiful – I'd call it standard plus. Omelettes or other egg dishes are also freshly prepared upon request. The staff is friendly. I can't comment on dinner. My only disappointment was the room. The pictures clearly show that there are modern rooms available, but it seems there are also some older ones. Small, with dated furniture. It doesn't quite match the rest of the hotel – but it's cheap and clean. Overall, it's okay – but if it were a bit more modern, I would have given the room a higher rating.

Medium-sized hotel located a short distance from the center of Nova Levante (it can also be reached on foot from the village). Professional and very helpful service (especially Mr. Alex, who immediately put us at ease). Spacious rooms with balconies. The restaurant and bar are in characteristic Tyrolean-style areas. Excellent product quality. The hotel also has a swimming pool with spa...a clean, quiet area with a variety of services available, including three types of saunas, a Turkish bath, a whirlpool, and more. Ample uncovered parking in front of the building. Price correlates with quality.

Excellent hotel for a family vacation or a couples retreat near Lake Carezza. I booked a Deluxe Tradition Room, and I have to say, it's one of the most beautiful and welcoming rooms I've ever seen! Gorgeous view, comfortable bed, and large bathroom. Kudos to the food: spectacular breakfast and dinner, with local ingredients and top-notch desserts. The only things to note: no double blankets instead of two singles (normal in Trentino-Alto Adige, though) and no toilet (a shame considering we're still in Italy! :P) I absolutely recommend it for its facilities, location, food, and incredibly friendly staff!

My wife and daughters spent a pleasant weekend at this mountain hotel. The property is simple but welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool and spa area are definitely the strong points: spacious, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped. The only area that could be improved is the menu, which is a bit repetitive, particularly the constant presence of celery in almost every dish for three days in a row. Overall, however, a good stay.

We had a truly wonderful time. The hotel is comfortable and well-maintained, the food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly, both at the front desk and in the dining room. The pool and spa areas are beautiful and well-maintained. The location is excellent for various excursions. We'll be happy to return!

First of all, I would like to highlight the very friendly and attentive staff; their limited language skills were never a problem. The room was very clean and well-equipped (bathroom with underfloor heating). The breakfast was plentiful and left nothing to be desired. Dinner included an exceptional and extensive salad buffet, with a large vegetable buffet and meat side dishes (fried chicken, vitello tonnato, carpaccio). Unfortunately, I have to deduct one point for the poor Wi-Fi reception in my room (this was not the case in the second room we booked) and for the three-course dinner menu. We also booked the hotel because of the effusive description of the food on the website, which sets the bar very high for itself. (Evening 6-course gourmet menu including salad buffet. Chef Roman and his team in the kitchen ensure that there is a daily selection of creative and sophisticated dishes to delight even the most discerning palates.) The menu, which was actually only 4 courses including a salad buffet, unfortunately did not quite live up to this promise in terms of composition, seasoning, choice of side dishes and presentation.

Wonderful experience. Very nice hotel, modern, clean, and well-kept. Excellent food, beautiful pool, super friendly staff. Alex was our go-to guy. The waiters were magnificent, all smiling, attentive, and available for every need, even for the kids. The only flaw was the lack of a bidet in the room!
