Spacious and welcoming rooms with a lovely balcony. Small but very nice spa, perfect indoor pool. Super breakfast! Too bad the receptionist accused us of swearing and complaining about lunch, saying "we're not used to having people like that," when we weren't complaining at all; in fact, we weren't swearing. Too bad!

It was a truly wonderful experience, to say the least. It was my second time at this wonderful property... The service, rooms, food, and staff were wonderful. A special shout-out goes to ALEX, BRUNO, LILY, and especially FERYEL, who looked after us throughout our entire vacation. I highly recommend trying this place; you'll undoubtedly be satisfied.

We arrived yesterday and I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. The attention to detail is evident everywhere. Everything is clean and very well-maintained. The spa is beautiful, all the staff are incredibly friendly, the location is fantastic and sunny, but the highlight is the wonderful, high-quality food. Even the salad bar had Parmesan by the wheel, vitello tonnato, carpaccio… and so much more… The subsequent menu was absolutely delicious… a well-stocked wine list… nothing is missing… What would be great… a small table on the balcony… but that's really nitpicking :-)

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel during our ski trip. The location is excellent, right next to the ski slope, which makes it perfect for skiers. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Alex, who always recommended excellent local wines in the evening – his suggestions were always spot on. Another highlight was the cuisine. The dinners were truly excellent and we looked forward to them every day. The only downside were the mattresses in the rooms, which felt a bit worn out and made sleeping slightly less comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel, especially for its fantastic location, great food, and very friendly staff

Pleasant, clean facility with a fabulous spa. It's possible to relax even for a few days. We didn't have a car and aren't skiers, but we spent some relaxing days and were well looked after by the staff. The food is excellent, from breakfast to the Alpine buffet to the top-quality dinner. The staff is very attentive. The rooms are clean and the spa is excellent. Both we and our daughter enjoyed the pool very much. For a small fee, you can stay in the pool and spa after checking out. We will definitely be back in the summer or next winter. Thank you, Alex, for your dedication to your work. We hope to see you on our next vacation, and thank you to all the staff.

We're back from a long weekend in South Tyrol. We had a wonderful time. Beautiful location, spotlessly clean rooms, excellent breakfast/dinner. And the staff was super friendly and efficient. If you're skiing, the lifts are just a few meters away. Highly recommended.
