Friendly and helpful staff, welcoming and warm rooms with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent with top quality food. The location is also excellent, for those who love skiing, it is directly on the slope. Advised

The hotel enjoys a fantastic location, surrounded by fir trees. The cable car passes gently in front of it and together with the flow of the river you feel a sense of peace. Very spacious room, huge bathroom with double sink and large shower for those who want a bath. Toilet room with sink. Everything neat and clean. The breakfast as well as the snack and dinner were excellent.

The staff in the restaurant were very friendly. Unfortunately, we had an unpleasant experience at reception when checking out, as the behavior was perceived as somewhat unfriendly. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and affected sleeping comfort. The breakfast was good overall, but we noticed that some foods already had mold on them, which is unacceptable.

A very nice accommodation for a winter holiday with a great view of the mountains (not from the room). The service was always nice and proactive, good connections to activities. Thanks to the generous offerings in the wellness area, the day ended in a relaxing way. Unfortunately the walls were a bit thin so you could hear a lot of noise xD For 40€ each for dinner you can't be a complainer. Otherwise very luxurious and the buffet in the morning was also very varied. All in all, definitely recommended.

Small three-day family holiday, extremely pleasant. Very spacious room! We were comfortably there with our little girl's stroller, backpacks and toys. Indoor swimming pool with pleasantly heated water, suitable for children! Delightful staff, attentive to customer needs and helpful! Very good food and abundant buffet! We recommend it

08/01/2025: Segnalato dal proprietario del residence in cui dormivamo, abbiamo cenato un venerdì sera in questo locale. Molto accogliente e ben arredato, assolutamente in linea con il gusto e la tradizione locale, abbiamo optato per la pizza e per i primi. La prima molto gustosa, nelle declinazioni alle verdure miste e ai 4 formaggi, con un impasto molto bene fatto e digeribile. Anche il primo, con pasta lunga a base di funghi, anche se ridotto nella quantità, Era anch'esso molto gustoso e ben condito. Dolce con tortino al cioccolato veramente buono. Servizio rapido e molto cortese. Contenti per la scelta, anche per la collocazione strategica.
