Hotel Residence Thalguter In Lagundo

This was our first time at the Thalguter Hof and we opted for an apartment, immediately booking again for next year :) I think that says it all: we felt comfortable there. The breakfast buffet was well-stocked, the entire team was very friendly, and we were delighted to be able to vacation there with our dog. We'd love to come back.

Very nice hotel with a wonderful indoor pool. The very friendly staff were particularly noteworthy. The hotel is very family-friendly and the price-performance ratio is also great. The breakfast buffet has a large selection and is very tasty. We'd love to come back!

Rich and abundant breakfast. We have a dog and although we cannot take him to all public spaces, we managed to manage him well. There are some spaces you can enter for breakfast. Small but well designed, comfortable room with a large balcony

We spent a week's vacation here, initially I thought we had great contact with the boss, Mr. Philipp, we had booked a suite, what you can call a suite.....unfortunately, I was disappointed that the price for the room was way too high, it was pretty carelessly furnished and then the problem with the rain appeared,,,, which meant that we couldn't sleep at night, because it ran onto a roof and was so loud, we couldn't sleep very well, asked Mr. Philipp whether there was the possibility of giving us another room "Unfortunately, Mr. Philipp didn't care about it at all ... and reacted very arrogantly to our problem, and so we had to endure almost a week of rain in the room without sleep. The breakfast was good, but a small card on the table made us aware that an egg for breakfast was free, but every second egg was charged at 4 euros, which we didn't think was justified. Then we asked at the reception about tourist tax for severely disabled people, since we have permanent ID cards and that's it were often exempted from the tourist tax to see if this would also be the case here.... they wanted to inquire. Unfortunately, there was no feedback until the end, from reception or Mr. Philipp. I think if there is a problem in this house you are pretty much left alone and our conclusion is that there will be no second visit

Eccellente hotel residence, con rapporto qualità-prezzo molto superiore alle aspettative, nel silenzioso e curato centro storico di Lagundo, a minuti a piedi da tanti percorsi e dalla fermata del bus (Merano è a soli 3km, noi ci siamo andati a piedi). Flessibilità di orari, estrema cura per il dettaglio, pulizia impeccabile, ambiente estremamente accogliente, team gentilissimo, professionale e sempre disponibile e sorridente. Grande valore aggiunto sono state la piscina interna riscaldata aperta dalle h7 alle h21 e la sauna aperta dalle h15 alle h21, oltre alla possibilità di noleggiare e-bikes. Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti, con terrazzino attrezzato e vista sul giardino e le montagne, esposto a sud-ovest, bellissimo! L'appartamento era fornito di tutto, inclusa una borsa per la spa con confortevoli accappatoi e teli, e la colazione era abbondante e varia, con prodotti sempre freschissimi. Nei dintorni ci sono molte pizzerie e ristoranti, anche con consegna a domicilio. Grazie a Philipp e a tutto il team, ci rivedremo presto!

The Alguther enjoys a beautiful location. It's a starting point for lovely hikes through orchards and vineyards, with stunning views of Merano and Tirolo. The staff is very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious.

Bellissima posizione, camera accogliente, colazione fantastica, personale gentilissimo. Potete andare tranquilli. Consigliatissimo
