We stumbled upon this place by chance while traveling to Lake Orta and stayed one night. What a surprise! The atmosphere is reminiscent of the 1960s, with its own charm, but the highlights are the one-person staff and the menu. A gentleman who took care of everything while we were there (reception, waiter for dinner, breakfast) was uniquely kind and affable, a kindness from another era. And the dinner was astonishingly delicious and, frankly, unexpected.

I stayed at this hotel last night as a business traveler. In addition to the owner's politeness and professionalism, I also noted the cleanliness and elegance of the room. The breakfast was plentiful, both sweet and savory. The price was in line with the competition.

A well-managed hotel with meticulous attention to detail. The breakfast is excellent: generous, varied, and incredibly fresh. Strategically located, close to many restaurants, with ample parking and rooms overlooking the river. Many rooms available, with truly comfortable mattresses. The best option in Borgomanero, nestled in the heart of the wine-producing hills of Upper Piedmont and just 10 minutes from Lakes Orta and Maggiore.

29/11/2025: I went on a Saturday morning because unfortunately, when I'm there, they're closed on Sundays. There's parking in front of the shop. The interior is bright and pleasantly decorated, with a beautiful display of pastries on the right. They also sell jams and biscuits from small producers, as well as some industrial confectionery. At the back of the shop, there are also some tables for breakfast. The cappuccino is good, and the croissants are exquisitely crisp. I'd just add more cream/chocolate filling.
