HOTEL PIERFAONE In Abriola

We stayed in this facility over the weekend from 7 to 9 February, unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to find snow but the place gave us many other attractions: the enchanting lake plain, the village of Pignola and a visit to the historic center of Potenza. As for the hotel, excellent location and everything well managed but my review is aimed in particular at the restaurant's cuisine... simply excellent, a chef who delighted us with his dishes and recipes, and then a special thanks to Daniele of the staff for his availability and courtesy. We will definitely be back to find snow too!

Stunning place for the landscape, ideal for lovers of the mountains and woods.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I felt at home An amazing experience! This place is just amazing. Not only is the food delicious and made with fresh ingredients, but the atmosphere is so welcoming that you immediately feel at home. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to make guests feel comfortable. Every time I come here, I feel like I'm being welcomed by old friends. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy excellent dishes in a warm and familiar environment. I can't wait to return!

Imposing structure in front of the Sellata ski area, the entrance to the slopes / ticket office / ski rental is about 50 m from the hotel. We stayed for a weekend on the snow with full board formula. We appreciated the cuisine, the service, and above all the kindness of all the dining room staff and the hotel. The rooms have all been recently renovated and the cleanliness is impeccable. Special mention to Daniele, very kind and super helpful like all his colleagues. Really competitive price for what is offered. I highly recommend it

We were guests of the restaurant, a welcoming room like the staff and entourage who gave us an excellent stay. The à la carte menu was very satisfying, from the starter to the dessert. Of note are the excellent quality local products and the very tasty and excellently cooked meat. Too bad only for the bran strascinati with fried breadcrumbs which, apart from the homemade pasta, disappointed due to the breadcrumbs and the lack of chopped bran. The price in line with the good quality and service. Highly recommended.

Oggi abbiamo avuto la fortuna di trascorrere il pranzo di Natale in questo splendido ristorante a mille metri di altezza. Nonostante le difficoltà causate dalla neve e l’impossibilità di raggiungere il locale con la nostra auto, Donato, il proprietario, ci ha letteralmente salvato la giornata. Dopo averlo informato al telefono del nostro problema, è venuto personalmente con la sua auto a prenderci, percorrendo tutta la strada innevata, e ci ha accompagnati al ristorante. A fine giornata, con la stessa cortesia, ci ha riaccompagnati fino al paese. Questo gesto di gentilezza e grande umanità ci ha lasciati senza parole. Donato e il suo team hanno dimostrato non solo grande professionalità, ma anche un’attenzione sincera per i propri clienti. Per quanto riguarda il pranzo, ogni piatto è stato semplicemente perfetto: cibo squisito, ben presentato e preparato con cura. Il personale è stato impeccabile, attento e cordiale, contribuendo a rendere questa giornata ancora più speciale. Inoltre, il ristorante si trova in una location davvero magica, ideale sia per la stagione estiva che per quella invernale. In estate si può godere della splendida natura circostante, mentre in inverno, con tanta neve, l’atmosfera diventa incantata. Per chi ama sciare, le piste vicine rendono il tutto ancora più speciale. Consiglio vivamente questo ristorante a chiunque voglia vivere un’esperienza unica, non solo culinaria, ma anche umana. Grazie ancora a Donato e a tutto lo staff per un Natale che non dimenticheremo mai!

Abbiamo visto un unico ristorante per festeggiare il nostro matrimonio e l'abbiamo scelto senza alcuna esitazione. Il direttore, Donato, è una persona squisita, conosce alla perfezione il proprio lavoro, si circonda di uno staff incredibile ed è stato impeccabile. È stata una giornata stupenda, il personale in sala bravissimo, attento a qualsiasi esigenza. Una menzione speciale va a Daniele, un ragazzo d'oro, di una gentilezza e una premura nei nostri confronti rara. Pranzo di qualità eccellente con impiattamenti eleganti e raffinati. Inutile dire che consigliamo la struttura per qualsiasi tipo di evento e cerimonia.
