The dinner I had at the Hotel Pasquale Restaurant was one of the very best I have ever eaten in Italy. We also attended the pre-dinner cooking demonstration on how to make homemade pesto. That was extremely interesting and the pesto that resulted was the best I have ever eaten. We were at the hotel and restaurant with our daughter's family and everyone agreed it was our best meal in all of Italy. Our 14 year old grandson was selected to help with the preparation and he truly enjoyed it. I highly recommend you plan to eat the the Hotel Pasquale Restaurant.
