Exceptional kindness, cleanliness and food.

Pampered! I think this is the word that best describes the feeling you get when staying here. The service is fast and courteous, the rooms are not only beautiful but also truly comfortable and equipped with much more than is necessary. The relaxation area with swimming pool and various saunas (plus other services which I unfortunately did not have time to try) is pleasant.

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel chosen by chance, we appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the owners and all the staff! Which we thank from the bottom of our hearts! Beautiful rooms, excellent cleaning! It has its own parking, adjacent to the ski lifts, convenient to the centre. Highly recommended!!

We were happy and eager to return

I stayed in this hotel for a week with my 2 children, B&B treatment, we found the cleanliness very good, one of the most important things in a hotel in my opinion, excellent. Friendly staff, parking space reserved for customers, good breakfast every morning they prepare pancakes or crepes on the spot. Excellent location, we also made use of the very nice swimming pool and wellness area. Canazei is beautiful as always... the Fassa valley in general... a strategic point for visiting neighboring areas... Among other things, the hotel is located next to the Belvedere ski lifts... certainly convenient even in winter.,

A wonderful structure in an enchanting place. The staff welcomed us impeccably and made us feel at home. Great attention was paid to my food intolerances and for the first time I was able to choose from many alternatives for both breakfast and dinner. The structure is very well looked after, very clean, the staff are kind, professional, always smiling and available to give information and advice on local places to visit. Special thanks to chef Daniele who amazed us at every meal. Absolutely recommended.

Rooms here are spacious and a bit more modern than the typical Tyrolean hotel. Let’s start with the good: the location is superb, directly beside a ski lift and also located not far away from the village center. The food is decent, especially during dinner where they do try to come up with some creative offerings (though breakfast is a tad limited). But for a supposedly 4 star hotel (though you find 3 stars emblazoned on some items like towels), the amenities are lacking. The spa and pool is small and underground, which is a shame given the beautiful surroundings. The amenities in the room are basically also non existent - no toiletries, slippers, laundry bags or even a complementary bottle of water. And the air conditioning in the room also doesn’t work (not a must have given how it’s a lot cooler in the evenings but would be nice in the afternoons if you want to chill).

Splendid hotel, we had a wonderful holiday. The managers are helpful and very nice, everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The cuisine is sublime and chef Daniele searches for unique and delicious dishes every evening!! Thanks for everything..

Unfortunately I had the pleasure of staying only 2 nights, I would have happily spent as many. Generously sized rooms and bathrooms, modern and tidy common spaces, cleanliness and courtesy made these two nights very pleasant. Breakfast: sweet and savory buffet, with practically a bit of everything. They also offer a "takeaway" service in case you want to eat it elsewhere. Restaurant: menu with few dishes but well made and with attention to presentation. I attach some photos that will remove any doubts about the excellent workmanship of the dishes. Pool and spa: everything very well looked after and functional, very generous indoor pool. It was a short but pleasant stay, I will definitely return.

We return home with tears in our eyes, after having spent a wonderful week! It was our first summer mountain holiday and thanks to the people who make this hotel a wonderful place we had a great time! Super welcoming from the family and staff, with advice on how to get around and where to go. The room was perfect, well furnished and comfortable beds, not to mention the indoor pool and SPA area! Possibility of taking bikes (for free) to move safely along the cycle path! Excellent cuisine with great choice. Highly recommended by us!
