Come benvenuto pane a lievitazione naturale con burro salato "caramellato" : molto buono. Abbiamo provato: trota salmonata con tahini e salmoriglio: ottima. Ravioli di pane (in brodo di funghi), fonduta di mozzarella di grigio alpinae affumicata e carciofi: molto buoni. Poi un piatto vegano: melanzane alla brace, temperatura di segale e insalata di indivia invernale: buono, molto particolare. Dessert eccellente: un gelato allo schuttelbrot con mirtillo nero, "spinada" di abete rosso e timo. Servizio attento, premuroso e cordiale di Giulia e Alessandro, quest'ultimo anche sommelier preparato e appassionato.

We stayed at the Hotel for our family holiday and it went great. From the kindness of the owners and staff to the excellent 5-star cuisine. The rooms are spacious, clean and with attention to detail. It is centrally located and with a pleasant 5 minute walk into the center you can reach their free car park. It is also a 10 minute walk from the ski lifts. In front of the hotel there is the Skibus stop which can be used for free with the Trentino Guess Card issued free of charge and valid for all days of the stay. I would say everything was perfect and highly recommended.

We stayed at the Orso Grigio hotel for Christmas week, we also had lunch at their restaurant on Christmas day itself. Everything was wonderful, excellent food, dream breakfast, spotless room. After Christmas lunch, we relaxed at their internal spa in the afternoon, we haven't had such a magical Christmas for years. We hope to be able to return soon
