Clean room with very comfortable bed and impeccable bathroom. Excellent breakfast served in the internal garden. We thank the lady at reception for her kindness and friendliness. Advised !!!!!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was also very good, there is a lot of choice. The beds are very lumpy and if you don't have a deep sleep, this hotel is not recommended, as the bar below is open from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 a.m., the music is very loud and you can hear everything in the room as if it were a party would take place there.

Located in the heart of Spotorno, this three-star hotel is a real surprise. Modest and simple, but really cute and functional, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms, although basic, are equipped with all comforts: air conditioning, stand for towels and costumes, and a clean bathroom with shower. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is excellent and you sleep very well. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. It also has a car park, not very close, but convenient for avoiding the blue lines. Highly recommended for a visit to Spotorno!

I was in this hotel for the second time. I must say that we had a very good time. The location is excellent, from the sea to the center which is always lively and characterized by nice little bars and shops. The lady at the hotel is always super kind, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, perhaps not all so spacious but overall they have everything you need. The lady who takes care of redoing the rooms, always very nice and also gave us a great tip on how to get around by bus if we wanted to go for hire. The hotel has a card that you must activate and which will be valid for one week, free of charge, with which you can use the vehicle for yourself and another family member. I really thank the lady because having found free parking for two cars we were able to move around easily without moving the cars. And all for free. Breakfast was also excellent. I'll be back for sure.

Kindness, courtesy, professionalism

A nice hotel in the middle of the old town, easily accessible on foot. The ladies at reception are super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

An excellent hotel right in the center of Spotorno, in the pedestrian area. It has private parking, not very close but not too far away. Spacious and quiet room, equipped with all comforts. We also had a private terrace available. Rich and varied breakfast, served in a splendid internal garden. Courteous and efficient staff. If I really have to nitpick, which can also be read as a suggestion.... finding a welcome bottle of water in the room would have been a welcome gesture.
