Welcoming atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff, clean and excellent food 💚

I'm leaving a review only for the restaurant, where we had lunch as a father and daughter on August 20th with two simple, excellent Margherita pizzas. But what really made the difference was the service, with a never-ending stream of people. The two young men in the dining room never lost their efficiency or smile; they know what teamwork and restaurant work mean. Congratulations, because it's not a given; I would definitely return. When the effort is evident, even the dish tastes better. Well done!

We went for dinner and had nice service, good wine and ok pizza. Price was about €30 per person.

A fantastic stay at the Hotel Laurin in Canazei! The cuisine is one of its true strengths: generous, tasty, and carefully prepared dishes make every meal a pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing after a day in the beautiful mountains of the Val di Fassa. The staff is efficient and professional, but not the friendliest. The only thing that could be improved? The water with meals is a bit pricey (€4.50 for 0.75 liters). Overall, an excellent choice for those seeking comfort, good food, and a perfect location for experiencing the Dolomites!

We dined at this restaurant two nights in a row after our hikes in the Dolomites. The food was excellent (try the mushroom risotto and the goulash with polenta and mushrooms), and the waiter who greeted us (Marco) was very attentive and hospitable. We can't comment on the rooms because we didn't use the hotel.

We went on August 1st. The food was excellent. We ordered pizzas. You can create your own with whatever ingredients you want. The pizza chef is very kind, as are the waiters. The service is excellent.

We had dinner at the Hotel Laurin. The pizzas were truly light and delicious, and kudos once again to the chef and the pastry chef, who made an equally fabulous Sacher torte. The waiters were equally kind and ran around like mad all evening, as the restaurant was incredibly busy and perhaps understaffed. The only shame was the owner's constant reprimands to everyone during service, which were truly unnecessary. In any case, we'll be back soon.
