Spectacular panoramic position, well renovated place, excellent beer, special pizzas. I couldn't say about the hotel. I only know the restaurant/bar

Very beautiful and good hotel. The hotel is located in an exceptional location with a panoramic view of Lake Lugabo and the surrounding area. If you are in the region you absolutely have to take a little detour to pass by this magnificent place.

The venue enjoys an enviable position overlooking the lake and therefore very little would be enough to make the evening, with its sunset, captivating, magical and relaxing. Unfortunately, absolutely inappropriate and inadequate music, with very high volume, as well as an approximate service, to say the least, ruin the magic and charm of the place. Then, perhaps also due to the most popular summer days of the year, the cocktails are not up to par and are accompanied only by a few olives and a couple of taralli each. The pizza, however, is good and this should rightly be pointed out because at this point it is better to focus on the pizza/beer combination. We will be back.....in September/October.

Happy aperitif on a terrace with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano. Too bad the music is too techno and monotonous in the long run. We will be back.

Spectacular location, well looked after, friendly staff, good pizza, but 45 minutes of waiting to be served is really a bit much.

20/11/2024: The only bar in the village of Croce near Menaggio....it has a lovely veranda perfect for enjoying their homemade ice-cream, coffee etc. The owers are a local family and are very welcoming.The bar is on the way to the "Menaggio and Cadenabbia Golf Club" which in the past was used by George Clooney. WIFI is available.

20/10/2024: Davanti al lago.. serenità e bontà. Ristorante di ottima qualità, proprio a 10 metri dalle rive del lago.. Io e la mia amica abbiamo cenato all’interno, ma la grande vetrata del ristorante ti permetteva di immaginarti lì, accanto alle barche. Posto elegante, servizio veloce e di qualità. Abbiamo entrambi deciso di provare un ‘Menu del Lago’, stimolati dal simpatico proprietario del locale, che sosteneva che il pesce di lago non era da considerarsi ‘figlio di un Dio minore’.. ed aveva ragione! Ottimo il Lucioperca, il risottino con filetti di pesce persico; buonissimi anche i cubetti di salmerino e la selezione di sorbetti.. Il tutto preceduto da un assaggio di gamberoni in crosta FAVOLOSI! Ottimo il vino ( non ricordo più quale fosse il vitigno e la cantina ).. grappa finale e caffè! Prezzo ( 65 € )assolutamente in linea con la qualità del cibo ( e la generosità delle porzioni ) e la location. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!
05/10/2024: Man har mest indtryk af at det kun er turister der besøger stedet. I hvertfald var der ikke nogen i den fulde restaurant der talte italiensk andet end personalet. Maden var fin men heller ikke mere end det. Prisen står ikke mål med kvaliteten. Meget venlig betjening.
