Hotel Firenze - Malcesine In Malcesine

We were on vacation in Malcesine at the end of September 2025, but not at this hotel. We lost our bag containing our debit card and cell phone near the hotel. Hotel guests left it at the reception. Guests and the hotel reception staff initially tried to contact us by phone and email. This allowed us to quickly and easily retrieve our valuables. Thank you very much 😀

We only went to the restaurant, and it was fantastic, very good, and the service was incredibly friendly! 10 points!!

Had lunch here only. Pasta with garlic, olive oil and peperoncino was very nice! Also recommend the spinaci in butter!

I've been coming to this hotel for several years, and I'm happy to come because I feel so welcome. From the manager to the rest of the team, they're all fantastic. I feel right at home. It's strange that it's only a 2-star hotel; they deserve another 8 for their kindness and the way they welcome people. Every time I come to Malcesine for therapy, I'll always ask to stay at this hotel, because the people are fantastic.

Excellent restaurant. I tried trout (that's what they call salmon here) on fennel with noodles and it was amazing for 18 E. Yesterday the pizza 4 stagioni for 9 E was also great. They don't charge coperto at all and you get a decanter of wine, canapés, breadsticks, oil, vinegar, just everything on the table. The staff speaks German and English and they are professionals.

We've been staying here every year for 6 years, and it's always simply fantastic. The location is a dream, right in the city, so to speak. Free parking is available directly at the hotel or a 5-minute walk away at the neighboring hotel. The rooms are top-notch and always very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you arrive a little late, just give them a quick call and they'll even get you a delicious pizza. I'd like to talk about this next: the in-house restaurant. Simply amazing! We've been to many restaurants in Malcesine, but this is simply the best. Whether it's pasta, pizza, or something else, everything is delicious, and you also get a glass of Prosecco and a welcome drink from the kitchen. Even just having a few drinks is no problem here. We usually stay four nights in Malcesine and eat at the Firenze every evening 😋. All in all, a truly fantastic hotel with a fantastic restaurant. You simply feel at home here. Big thanks to the whole team and the Lombardi family. You're doing a fantastic job. We look forward to the next visit.
