It's all new, the Google photos should be updated. New and spacious rooms. The triple was very large. Comfortable beds, the only thing I would improve a little is the buffet. They have space. Even if everything was good and varied in both the salty and sweet offerings. For sports commitments like mine it is very convenient, 5 minutes from the swimming pool and sports fields.

The hotel has a good location and is quiet. My room was clean and well structured. Bed nice and firm and like new. Breakfast varied and you can make up for it as you wish.

Hotel not top notch. It seems to be under renovation. Huge and warm rooms even if some details have been overlooked. The closet lacks an extra blanket. Bathroom with a small box despite being huge. Huge breakfast room and basic breakfast. It deserves some music or a TV that at least shows a news program. High price for what it offers as there are other better facilities nearby. We'll see in the future. For now I'll stop at 3 stars.

Good location in case you need to go to the fair or the airport. Close to Bolzano Sud railway station. It is located in the industrial area of ​​Bolzano not very close to the centre. New structure still undergoing external renovation. Normal breakfast.

For a 3 star hotel it has everything you need. The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff is welcoming, the breakfast is super substantial. It is very convenient to be able to book rooms online.

It can be reached from the city center of Bolzano via a few bus connections. The host and her daughter who helped us translate from Italian to English were quite friendly and helpful. Although we could have been communicated about the construction on the ground floor and how to enter the hotel, the room was quite warm, the towels and sheets were quite clean. Breakfast was okay. All in all, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

01/12/2024: Ci vado ogni anno, pk vado a sciare a San Cassiano. Il cibo è squisito 😋 Personale educato e simpatico. Il rifugio è enorme. Ci sono 2 bar, 2 ristoranti e una zona bimbi. Il panorama è incredibile 🤩 Ci tornerò sicuramente. P.s: si chiama piz non pk fanno la pizza. O meglio la fanno, ma non è quello il motivo. Si chiama così pk in ladino (la lingua dolomitica) piz vuol dire cima. Lo dico pk da piccolo pensavo che fosse la pizza il motivo😅
