Hotel Dock Milano In Torino

Excellent location right in front of Porta Susa station and 5 minutes from the center, beautiful spacious and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, medium-low prices, I recommend it

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. What I liked: staff is nice and welcoming, the room is big enough (I’ve been in very small room in lots of Italian hotels), bed was good. Overall the room is ok. What I disliked: We booked it through Booking.com, it was mentioned they have a car park but they don’t, there is a car park nearby (at the station) so it’s not free. I think it is misleading to say they have one, we chose this hotel mainly for that and we ended up paying 4 days of parking. The hotel is located near public transport and the trams were passing just below our window so it was quite loud. Also isolation is non-existant so we could hear our neighbors. They didn’t shout, just spoke loudly and we could hear it in the evening and in the morning. Overall, I’m not sure I’ll go back to that hotel if I come back to Torino.

Hotel well located for visiting Turin. Train, metro, and tram nearby. Very pleasant staff, warm welcome. The breakfast is very complete. Public parking nearby with reasonable daily rates. Overall, the hotel is quiet, except for the noise from the tram.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. Very friendly reception staff (especially the tall guy). Very comfortable room (I would only ask for a socket closer to the bed). Spotless bathroom. Excellent heating and hot water. And a great location!

The hotel is ideally located opposite the train station, a stone's throw from the historic center. The welcome is fabulous, the staff very friendly. Good value for money. I recommend it for your stay in Turin.

A pleasant stay, enhanced by the truly polite and welcoming reception staff. The location is strategic due to its proximity to Porta Susa, the cleanliness is good, and the breakfast is plentiful. Notes for improvement: The doors (entrance and bathroom) are a bit dated. It would also be helpful to equip the double bed with two bedside tables with electrical outlets for greater convenience.

Right in the city center, near the Porta Susa train station. It's also accessible by car to unload your luggage, then you'll have to park in the surrounding streets or in the station parking lot. The rooms are cozy, but the bathroom is a bit dated and lacks any storage space for personal items. Breakfast is something for everyone, both sweet and savory, and everything is delicious. The staff is very friendly and available to offer advice and directions.
