Hotel Club I Pini In Viareggio

Not recommended for wheelchair users. I broke my foot and had to climb the narrow stairs holding onto the handrails. There's no elevator because it's an old villa. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is good. It's a lovely place, so go there.

A period villa with spartan but comfortable rooms. The bathrooms are a bit small. The staff is very friendly.

A wonderful private hotel in a magnificent old villa, the entire ambiance is first-class. The hosts and staff are truly first-class. Breakfast is included in the price and is very tasty. The café is typically Italian, delicious and authentic. Dogs are welcome, parking is available directly at the hotel under video surveillance. The beach and the plaza are just 200 meters around the corner, and a climbing park is 500 meters away. The entire outdoor area is particularly noteworthy. Thank you very much.

A beautiful, small, and unique hotel with exceptional charm, super-friendly staff, and outstanding service. A fantastic breakfast, served exclusively with freshly brewed coffee, was a wonderful experience. We felt completely at home.

A historic venue furnished like a period villa, which indeed it is. The owners are friendly and always available.

We did a general tour... but didn't stay. Very old, small, old rooms, bathrooms/showers still with curtains... They say the food is good... Who knows?

I haven't stayed at this hotel, although I plan to do so someday. My review focuses on the extraordinary nature of this historic residence, once home to the great Chini, and some of his treasures still remain. The photos speak for themselves.

Superb hotel, we returned for the fourth time ❤️ Exceptional location and atmosphere, and super friendly staff. Typical Italian meal, you'll taste all the Italian Tuscan dishes, a delight. We will return again and again. Tuto bene I Pini

Everything was superb!! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect, being close to the beach. The bicycles provided were a great way to get around without a car and visit the nearby towns. I'd come back in a heartbeat!!

Highly recommended. A wonderful little family-run establishment steeped in history.
