It's what you can simply call...style.... A great old villa with flair. Of course you can also criticize certain rooms, but would that be fair? There is so much history in this villa that I can't afford to do something like that. That's why I consciously avoid taking pictures, but instead just convey my feeling.
I call it awe and respect.
The hosts and their staff deserve special mention...they make the villa what it is. Namely, a place to feel comfortable.

A hotel with flair. The two very courteous and service-oriented hosts Nicola and Cesare do a great job. The room was absolutely fine, old but clean and with atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired.

We stayed in this lovely hotel for one night. It is an old, wonderfully furnished villa near the beach with free parking. The contact in advance worked perfectly via WhatsApp. Our late arrival at 11 a.m. wasn't a problem either. Our nostalgically designed room was small, but in a very tidy condition and well cleaned. What should be highlighted is the exceptional breakfast, which you certainly don't often find in Italy in this high-quality and loving manner. For example, we were able to enjoy boiled eggs, fresh bread, toast, croissants, delicious cakes, sausages, cheese, jam, honey, cornflakes, yoghurt, fruit, juices, mineral water and coffee specialties. The staff was extremely friendly and also responded to special requests (different seating in the restaurant, lactose-free milk, etc.). We'd love to come back!

Being in Lido di Camaiore we stayed in one of many existing hotels. It was a hotel called Residenza d'Epoca Club I Pini - located only about 300 meters from the beach. The hotel is a very charming house, containing artworks and nice features that deserve appropriate attention. We however think that one of the best "features" of the hotel are the owners (two brothers) who make you feel really home and in the same time they are very professional.

Fantastic location a stone's throw from the sea, warm welcome and super services. Very spacious, clean and comfortable quadruple room. We stayed half board and always ate very well! The only detail: there is no elevator

Staying in this historic residence pleasantly surprised us...day after day we were conquered by the enchanting atmosphere that arises from the precious objects kept in every corner of the house. Breakfast and dinner in the garden were very pleasant, where we enjoyed very good and refined local dishes, in a relaxing and elegant atmosphere. Clean room and in keeping with the style of the residence, which is located a stone's throw from the sea. We thank all the staff for the kindness and hospitality shown...

Period residence housed inside an ancient Italian villa. Very characteristic furnishings: the bathrooms, with the exception of the renovated showers, are exactly those of the past, with cranks for the water. Very clean, with perfectly sanitizing towels. For the room I recommend airing out the wardrobes a bit as they smelled a bit musty and checking the dust on the bedside tables better, otherwise everything was perfectly clean, both floors and bed linen. I would have preferred a different size and quality TV. Wi-fi and air conditioner working perfectly. Very friendly and professional staff, both those present at the reception and the cleaning staff. Everyone is always very smiling and friendly. Outside the villa has a very well-kept garden and there is also a restaurant. Our stay was very pleasant, the location of the hotel is very convenient for going to the beach. There is the possibility of parking on site for 10 euros per day although, as the neighborhood is very crowded, it would make more sense to include it directly in the booking.
