I was a guest last week, I found a great welcome from the manager of the facility, he accommodated all my requests and was very kind ... also the rest of the staff are very friendly ... the place is fabulous, it offers both a very clean pool ... but also the equipped beach where you can lose yourself admiring the spectacular sea ... there are several spaces to relax ... even inside the hall, with several sofas ... I recommend it

My daughter and I stayed here for 10 days. All in all, we had a great time. The hotel was fine by Italian standards; basic but generally clean. The same goes for the food and drinks, which weren't spectacular but fine, with plenty of choice, something for everyone. If you're used to the luxury of Turkey or Egypt and you're expecting a 10-day sun, sea, and relaxation holiday here, you'll probably be a little disappointed. However, if you have realistic expectations and consider the value for money—because you want to experience the beauty of Sicily combined with relaxing on the beach—this is a really great hotel to stay in. Book an excursion, a taxi, or a car and go out; there's plenty to do on the island. The beach and the sea are beautiful, great for swimming. The rooms are basic but clean, and any issues are resolved. The food is simply fine, the all-inclusive drinks menu is limited, but it's definitely worth it. Regarding the staff, I would like to say to the manager: Appreciate and reward these people well, let them know how important they are because they truly make the difference. The overall hotel experience is significantly enhanced by the friendly bar staff and entertainment team, among others. Their enthusiasm, energy, and conviviality ensure that guests feel welcome and have a great time. Especially Melila (bartender at the beach bar) and Yannis (entertainment team); they are truly exceptional and worth their weight in gold.
