My daughter and I stayed here for 10 days. All in all, we had a great time. The hotel was fine by Italian standards; basic but generally clean. The same goes for the food and drinks, which weren't spectacular but fine, with plenty of choice, something for everyone. If you're used to the luxury of Turkey or Egypt and you're expecting a 10-day sun, sea, and relaxation holiday here, you'll probably be a little disappointed. However, if you have realistic expectations and consider the value for money—because you want to experience the beauty of Sicily combined with relaxing on the beach—this is a really great hotel to stay in. Book an excursion, a taxi, or a car and go out; there's plenty to do on the island. The beach and the sea are beautiful, great for swimming. The rooms are basic but clean, and any issues are resolved. The food is simply fine, the all-inclusive drinks menu is limited, but it's definitely worth it. Regarding the staff, I would like to say to the manager: Appreciate and reward these people well, let them know how important they are because they truly make the difference. The overall hotel experience is significantly enhanced by the friendly bar staff and entertainment team, among others. Their enthusiasm, energy, and conviviality ensure that guests feel welcome and have a great time. Especially Melila (bartender at the beach bar) and Yannis (entertainment team); they are truly exceptional and worth their weight in gold.

We stayed at this hotel with great pleasure. The location is excellent, the environment is welcoming and well-kept. The rooms are renovated, with modern whitewashing and a very comfortable bed that guarantees a good rest. The entertainment is really good, always present but never intrusive, and the environment is clean and cared for in every detail. The fine sandy beach, right in front, is also beautiful, equipped with comfortable deckchairs: perfect for relaxing in the sun. The Sunday theme night was much appreciated, both for the entertainment and for the cuisine, which offers original and well-prepared dishes. There has been a recent improvement in the quality of services and organization. The only negative point: Wi-Fi and internal parking are paid, which is a bit inconvenient. However, parking is easy to find on the street, so it is not a big problem. Overall, a great experience. We recommend it!

We stayed at this hotel for a week. We received a wonderful welcome from the entertainment team, with a complimentary cocktail upon arrival. The entertainment team was fantastic throughout our stay. The activities offered were super friendly; they were adorable with our 3-year-old daughter. If our stay was a success, it's only thanks to them! The hotel urgently needs to be renovated! The balconies are cracked, which is very dangerous. The bathroom is full of rust near the shower. The mattresses are a disaster; you can feel all the springs (room 313). You don't have to be very particular about the room maintenance. Aside from changing towels and making the bed every day, nothing else is done... The food isn't any better. The food is really not great, and there are no desserts, except for the sweet ice cream and two choices of fruit. The dishes are very repetitive and not very tasty! However, the service staff are very kind, helpful, and cheerful 😃. However, the two restaurants (the pizzeria and the Sicilian restaurant) are super good and plentiful. Now for the services! The beach is relatively clean, with lounge chairs available and lifeguards on duty all day. The pool is not heated, the temperature is 18 degrees, with two pools. The bar we have available offers few cocktails that are included in the all-inclusive package, and there are very few snacks in the morning. At 4 p.m., croissants and marbled pastries were offered for breakfast, and for aperitifs, there were trays of chips and brezels, and that's it! First come, first served. The positives are definitely the hotel staff (entertainers, waiters, not to mention Mario, who was able to advise us and answer our questions). And the view, because let's be honest, the view is simply beautiful. Aside from that, the rest is disappointing; it's clearly not worth a 4-star hotel!

Very helpful staff, the food was excellent. It had a nice variety, even a choice for vegetarian. The hotel has a private beach and a pool. The entertainment staff is good, a lot of games. It's not too close to a big city, but the reception can help with a transfer or a taxi.
