The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had its own soap in the shower, and you could even make coffee or tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very nice place, comfortable room, excellent cleanliness, excellent service, excellent location, very good location, one block from all transportation options for exploring Rome and three blocks from the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, where our beloved Pope Francis rests. Highly recommended. It lacks a pool, but it's a 4-star hotel. Roberto, the concierge, is a 10.

I can list the good and bad features as follows: Good features Very good location The rooms are new and clean Very close to public transportation There are markets and restaurants nearby The staff is friendly and helpful Bad features There are homeless people in front of the hotel at night. No one bothered us, but it's a bit disturbing. You can't sleep with the windows open because it's very noisy outside. I woke up to the sound of a jackhammer two mornings in a row, so it's noisy inside the hotel too.

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel and we had a great time. The room was not very big, but very clean and functional. We slept well without any particular noise. Other positive points are the air conditioning, essential for summer stays, the 24-hour reception, which allowed us to check in late at night, and the possibility of storing luggage for free after check-out. The hotel is located a stone's throw from Termini station and I would also recommend it for the kindness and helpfulness of the staff.

Literally not even a 5 minute walk from the main train station and restaurants and convenience shops all within 30 seconds of the hotel. The room was clean and has everything you need for the short time you need to spend in there given that the hotel is in the middle of Rome with everything within walking distance to it. Staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions and recommendations. Would highly recommend.

Good morning, I stayed at this property for two nights from May 28th to 30th for work. Very well-kept property, clean rooms and competent and helpful staff, strategic location for those arriving in Rome. It was a pleasure to have stayed with them.
