If you're looking for a central location with easy access to basic amenities, the Hotel Charter is an excellent choice. Roberto and the rest of the staff are friendly, welcoming, and attentive to your needs. As a wheelchair user, I found this hotel to be a great option. While not large, it offers basic accessibility and is very functional. A ramp at the entrance makes entry effortless. The elevator works well. The well-appointed room has a spacious bathroom, and the bed is very comfortable. It's ideal for a couple and for getting around Rome.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was a bit small, but it had its own soap in the shower, and you could even make coffee or tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
