In a family-run business, everyone benefits: the owners, but especially the guests! Rimini has a density of accommodations second to none. All are excellent (the competition keeps everyone in check), but some stand out and surpass the majority. Convinced I was in the standard category, I initially overlooked the details that inevitably caught my eye and made the difference, distinguishing this hotel from the rest... and making me think I'll definitely return next time. Brolin, a man with evident and proven management skills, his wife, father, and mother took over the Ben Hur three years ago and have tirelessly managed and renovated it ever since. Freshly painted, it immediately gives the impression of a clean environment, and the newly redone electrical system offers, unlike some outdated local establishments, a few more outlets in the rooms, eliminating the need to purchase splitters to charge your cell phones...but these are just two details, and even minor ones. Let's not forget the very useful, ample parking, especially given the severe shortage of parking in the entire area! The difference is made by the friendliness, the helpfulness, the attentiveness, the kindness, the constant smile you see, no matter what, the ability to accommodate you, to anticipate every need; tireless, they are always ready to do their utmost to satisfy any request, instantly. The clarity in their relationship with guests, the honesty, the willingness to have a sincere chat, not only of Brolin but of everyone, their openness, make another significant difference. Exemplary warmth and honesty, even if you stay only a short time, a bond, a friendship, is immediately established. The cuisine! Last but not least, the cuisine dispels any doubt that the Hotel Ben Hur is far superior to most in the surrounding area and beyond! Everything, EVERYTHING, homemade, yes, homemade with excellent and genuine "zero kilometer" products, but by truly capable hands! Beautifully presented dishes, even from afar, the moment you see them arrive, you already anticipate them, and the aromas, which immediately captivate you, prepare you without a doubt to enjoy what you are about to taste! And the first bite confirms this!!! Simple, authentic flavors, those of times gone by, those of home! More than satisfying portions! In the morning, a delicious and rich buffet (needless to say, everything is cooked by them, so freshness and authenticity are unsurpassed and guaranteed) and for any moment, a bar that lacks nothing! In short, between the location, the staff, and the cuisine, you feel where you wanted to be: on vacation, relaxing, managing to leave everything you don't need at home! Everything! Here you don't need anything because everything you need is there! Just steps from the sand, you can enjoy the sea effortlessly. The beach resorts are fully equipped, and there's no shortage of bars for any need. All this makes your stay a truly rejuvenating, unforgettable vacation! ...and at unbeatable prices, too! The room we were given wasn't huge, but it was enough for the time we spent there. The owners, however, were very kind. We booked a triple room, thinking it would have three separate beds, but it turned out to be a double bed and a cot. So the owner offered us a quadruple room so we could each sleep in our own bed, all at no extra charge. Thank you so much.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. The location is excellent for reaching the beach and various shops and restaurants. The rooms are basic with a small but functional bathroom. The breakfast was good, with excellent homemade cakes. The friendliness, helpfulness, and kindness of the owners was truly fantastic! 👍

Oh my, what can you say about a hotel with a radiator under the ceiling? A cold room, an icy bathroom, painted over mold on the bathroom wall, one coffee machine for 90 people at breakfast, two plates of salami that are more empty than full? Apart from the location near the beach, there is nothing that would make me want to return. Sad.

In my opinion, a very solid three-star hotel. The beach is only a hundred meters away. The rooms are not too big but have everything you need for a short stay. The rooms and bathroom are clean and tidy and in any case I would recommend the hotel for less demanding guests. The only thing that is a bit strange is that there is a bidet in the shower, but it doesn't bother me personally.

You feel like you're part of the family. Because you're treated like family. They made up our room even though we were only there for two days, and they offered us drinks. They kept us company, gave us directions, and even made a restaurant reservation for us. 100 meters from the sea. Unbeatable value for money.
