We stayed at this delightful family run hotel in October. The location is fantastic- easy to access and within walking distance of squares, cathedrals, shops, restaurants and markets. There is a lovely terrace on the top floor that overlooks the valley. Our room’s high ceiling and direct access to the terrace created a light filled and spacious room that was sparkling clean. Breakfast is available and offers something for everyone in a pretty breakfast room. The hotel manager Enrico is as helpful, interesting, knowledgeable, and kind as one could hope for. Thank you Enrico and your family for providing us with a memorable stay in Assisi.

Take it, clean 2 stars. Compared to a "I think I'd be worth it" B&B in Rome, it was simply a blessing. Enrico and Mrs. Sand were so lovely.

28/09/2025: We stayed at this farmhouse nestled in the woods for just one night. We had a wonderful time. The room was welcoming, well-kept and very clean. The view was stunning. The owner was very kind. The breakfast was special, with homemade cakes, honey, and jams. It was an experience to be repeated.
28/08/2025: Great atmosphere! Quiet and close to Gubbio. Excellent food! Recommended for a few days of complete relaxation.

11/11/2025: This restaurant in the center of Perugia was considered a classic "tourist trap," but the food is actually good. The service is fast, and the waitresses are friendly and smiling, contrary to what I read in many reviews. Finally, as for the prices, I think they're fair compared to those of nearby restaurants.
27/10/2025: 🍝 The food was really great 👍. Thanks to the kitchen. However, we agree with previous reviews: the service staff seemed bored, and you felt like an intruder or unwelcome. It's a real shame because the kitchen didn't deserve that.
