Everything was perfect. The kindness and cleanliness were perfect.

A beautiful place to go on vacation. The staff is very helpful and friendly, from the hotels to all the facilities. The facilities are very large and clean, with swimming pools and soccer fields, bocce ball, volleyball, and tennis courts. Ice cream and drinks are always free. We will definitely be back.

I'm here on vacation until September 14th. I'm with the APS group and I'm having a great time. The food is excellent. The dining room staff is very kind. The pools are beautiful and there's lots of fun. Michela is very friendly.

A simply perfect stay! Hotel Baky welcomed us with a warm, family atmosphere, thanks to the wonderful owners Michela and Melania, always available and attentive to every detail. A special thanks also to Giorgia, the photographer, whose professionalism captured unforgettable memories. A round of applause goes to all the staff, from the dining room to the kitchen: kindness, smiles, and delicious dishes made every moment even more enjoyable. It's rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended for those seeking quality, friendliness, and a memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

This is my third year back, the second with the kids. The ROOM has slightly antique furnishings, admittedly, but it's functional. The shower was truly enormous, at least 160cm long, and the toilet had a built-in bidet, which I personally find very convenient, especially when cleaning my two-year-old's poopy bottom 🤣 (in fact, at home we have a toilet with a shower on the side). The BREAKFAST was good, and they were very accommodating, even for those with lactose intolerance. Last year I even found lactose-free yogurt, this year I didn't, but I had lactose, and I think if I'd asked, they would have gotten them without a doubt. The CLEANLINESS of the rooms was also good, although we always left them in a terrible state, unfortunately. THE FACILITIES are top-notch; if you have small children, it's definitely their paradise. The small, a few-foot-deep pool is fantastic, and my little one crawled around in it happily. Even in bad weather, they found ways to keep the kids entertained. We really enjoyed the FOOD; I appreciated the fact that there was always a spoonful available. If I could make a comment, I'd add a VEGETARIAN second course; it would be great for those who don't eat meat or fish. 🤗 The availability of BICYCLES of various sizes and with various types of baskets and seats is also great; we even made great use of them for a night out in Cesenatico! I love the SELF-SERVICE service with fried foods, ice cream, coffee, juices, granitas, wine, etc. I've never had a stomachache between meals! PEDAL BOATS included, so you can go for a ride whenever you want. Lots of GIFTS for both adults and children. At the Melania Club, you come in and get your free drinks, a sweet treat, face painting, and entertainment while you enjoy some music. For teenagers, there's a free games room (actually, my husband often got locked in there), and if you have little ones like ours, there's a fenced-in playroom with garden toys for kids, so they can play safely while you enjoy a drink in peace. GAMES ROOMS are also available at other hotels, like St. Andrea, which is next to the Baky. They even take the kids away for lunch, so you can eat in peace. Water bottle refill dispensers are available almost everywhere. There's a shuttle that takes you back and forth between the station and the club. It's the classic vacation where you go and have everything right there, except for shopping outside or a trip to Topolino Park. You pay only that because everything is included: breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, everything!
