The hotel is nice on the outside, the rooms are a bit run down, the breakfast is very poor, it is low for the price, which is a shame because it is very convenient for the motorway, the owners are very nice

24/08/2025: I'll start by saying that I'm a carnivore. But today I tasted the best!!
16/07/2025: Delicious food, enchanting and certainly evocative location. Value for money is average. The only criticism I'd make is regarding the communication between the dining room and the kitchen; if you shout, they'll hear you even from outside.

09/11/2025: Strategic location. Near Assisi, the agriturismo is surrounded by greenery. The rooms are tastefully furnished. Very relaxing, set back but not too far from the main road, so there's no noise. The breakfast was plentiful, and Claudia was very kind and welcoming. We'll definitely return in the summer to try the pool and the trail through the grounds. Recommended.
24/08/2025: Perfectly located close to all the villages worth visiting in the area. Our room was not big but very functional and having air conditioning in the middle of August is a real plus. Breakfast was generous and home made, with great attention to our preferences. The pool is large and beautiful, and the place is wonderfully peaceful. We loved our stay!
