A welcoming and clean hotel in Piazza Brenta. The half-board option is excellent after a day on the slopes: the evening menu changes every day. A ski room with boot warmers and ski storage are also available.

A very welcoming, clean, and beautiful hotel, with an enviable location and a true mountain atmosphere. The owners, Andrea and Paola, are very kind and do everything they can to meet their guests' needs. Congratulations!

Strong points: 1. Location - located in the center of the resort, close to the ski facilities. 2. Garage - underground, in the immediate vicinity, for the amount of 15 euros / day 3. Room cleaning - daily cleaning and towels are changed. 4. Dinner - varied and tasty menu, plus a salad and appetizer buffet. 5. Hotel staff - well-intentioned. Weak points: 1. Very small room 2. Lack of curtains on the full glass door to the balcony, you had to be always careful when leaving the bathroom so that you were not seen from the outside. 3. Thermal discomfort due to the cold in the rooms and the hotel. The heat started late in the evening after 7:30 pm, including dinner it was cold. I have read numerous previous reviews that reported this aspect, so the owners cannot claim to be unaware of the problem. It is the hotel's policy, it seems, to keep the temperature low. When you come from the slopes and take a shower, you come out into a cold room. It should be the customers' choice, if they want it to be colder or warmer in the room. Although the rooms are equipped with an ambient thermostat, it is controlled from the reception and not by the tourist as it would normally be. When you pay over 700 euros / night you expect to have this possibility to adjust the temperature in the room. Cold is a subjective management, for this reason it is important that everyone can adjust the temperature in their room as much and whenever they want, not when the owners decide. I stayed between 28.12.2025 - 02.01.2026. 4. The spa center - very small, not ventilated, with a dizzying smell of chlorine. The windows of the spa center do not communicate directly with the outside. The intake of fresh air is impossible. You cannot go outside to fresh air from the spa center. 5. On New Year's Eve because we knew it would be cold for dinner we preferred to pay at another hotel. At 7:30 pm the radiators were cold, like any other evening. New Year's Eve is spent in festive dress, you have to feel comfortable, without feeling cold. 6. Ski room - totally unkempt, a heavy smell when you returned from the slopes in the evening. 7. The owners requested a 20 euro guarantee for a laminated A4 sheet with access to the garage. The guarantee was returned in the end, but at 700 euro/night, requesting a guarantee is a gesture lacking elegance. We stayed 2 nights at the neighboring hotel, we used the same garage, we received the same laminated A4 sheet and no guarantee was requested. 8. Breakfast - little varied, no hot dishes included, even the simple omelet was cold. We don't know if you could order any hot dishes, we weren't informed. There is a variety of products in the pastries. 9. There were no slippers and bathrobes in the rooms. To go to the spa you could ask for a bathrobe for 10 euros. 10. The price for the room with breakfast and dinner is very high (over 700 euros/night) as a quality-price ratio. I posted this point of view because it is a family business, and these aspects can be improved very easily. We have over 40 accommodations / year in various hotel structures.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It's a wonderful, centrally located location. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious, the food is excellent and well-prepared, and the spa is a wonderful place to relax. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming. Highly recommended.
