Fantastic hotel with great views and pool in good location. I loved the terrace and pool area with palms, plants and sea views. The breakfast was very varied and included fresh Sicilan blood orange juice and even had a few vegan items Inc spread and beans. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful and there's a left luggage.
Our room was lovely and had a balcony with beautiful sea view.
The sound insulation in the room was not great but no noise late.
There are lots of steps but I think there's a lift alternative at each level.
Note main entrance is next to bus station not as it looks on Google maps.
Hilly terrain. Many stairs and fortunately elevators. Fantastic view from the terrace. Lovely pool. Very helpful staff. Large room. Large bathroom. Nice with shelf space, cupboard space, desk and small terrace. fridge. Reading light by the bed too bright. Good breakfast buffet with a large selection. Everywhere very clean and well maintained.
This is a classical hotel located very close to the center of Taormina, within walking distance of the center and the upper cable car station. It has its own private parking which you need to reserve upfront. It’s an old and classical family-owned hotel which fits perfectly with the Taormina vibe and has its unique original atmosphere. You can consider the rooms to be a little outdated but it suits the rest of the property. Price-quality is good for Taormina, if it was located elsewhere, it would be expensive for the slightly outdated room. It is very quiet at night and the bed is comfortable. The room is very clean and has all amenities you might need during your stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful and providing maps and tips to get around town. Breakfast is served via a buffet, a lot of options but compared to other Sicilian hotels a bit basic. The pool area is very nice, so are the surroundings of the hotel. A good ‘budget’ option for Taormina compared to the other hotel options.
