Unfortunately, the service published on offer on the internet and also requested on the telephone was not maintained one hundred percent. A probable communication error between the hotel booking service and the internal structure of the spa meant that part of what was offered was not then carried out in the spa structure. Sin,

We chose the Hotel Ariston Paestum to celebrate the baptism of Maria, my daughter, and Antonia Miracolo, my niece, and we can say without hesitation that it was the best possible choice. An experience that exceeded all our expectations, an event that will remain in our hearts forever. From the first moment, the welcome from the owner and all the staff was extraordinary: a perfect mix of professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. Every request was fulfilled with a smile and impeccable efficiency. The owner, in particular, welcomed us with a human warmth that is difficult to find elsewhere, making us feel not just customers, but special guests. Food was another absolute protagonist of the day: dishes prepared with the highest quality ingredients, presented with elegance and with an extraordinary flavour. Each course was a celebration of Mediterranean cuisine, with authentic flavors and attention to detail that won over everyone present. And as if that wasn't enough, at the end of the event, after paying the bill, the owner surprisingly honored us with three bags of fresh buffalo mozzarella. A gesture that tells more than a thousand words the passion, generosity and attention towards the customer that characterize this hotel. We celebrated not only this baptism, but also many other parties at the Hotel Ariston, and each time we found unparalleled hospitality. No other restaurant or structure is able to offer such an authentic and warm welcome. Il proprietario ci ha accolto con calore e professionalità, e tutto lo staff ha reso l’evento impeccabile. Il cibo era eccellente, con ingredienti di alta qualità e sapori autentici. Dopo aver pagato, il proprietario ci ha persino omaggiato con tre buste di mozzarella di bufala squisita. È stato un gesto di grande generosità che ci ha colpito profondamente. Nessun altro posto offre un’accoglienza simile. Consigliatissimo!

We spent three nights in the President Suite for New Year's Eve. We had already stayed in a Deluxe room in August, the hotel is beautiful including the SPA. Praise goes to all the staff, in particular to the dining room staff who, despite the large amount of work, were very professional and kind. The president suite is wonderful and we will return often. The only negative note was that during the last stay there were very noisy organized groups present as customers who disturbed the peace and relaxation that this beautiful hotel offers, the best in the area.

It has now become a fixed stop for me and my family and friends when we need relaxation and absolute rest. What can I say... Ariston is synonymous with excellence, quality, availability and professionalism. Furthermore, with the recent, latest restyling of the rooms, I don't think anything can be said. Excellent restaurant and food and always fresh raw materials. Dishes made with great skill. That's good.

Elegant hotel but a little dated especially with regards to the furnishings of the rooms, which are very clean and the interior spaces in general. We didn't eat particularly well but not badly either, very classic dishes that were very edible but not worth remembering. Abundant and varied breakfast unlike what I read in other reviews. Staff helpful and from what we could see, always friendly. In conclusion I believe that it is overpriced compared to the contents offered. We did not use the SPA which we were told was excellent.
