An excellent hotel just steps from the train station and two minutes from the city center. Extremely helpful staff.

I can only rate the bistro service. The pinsa was good, but the tiramisu wasn't my cup of tea. The service was good, although they forgot to bring my main course (we'd asked for a pinsa to share), followed by a risotto, salmon tagliatelle, and a Caesar salad for me (which never arrived). The clerk kindly replied that there had been a misunderstanding. It can happen. I'll try to return anyway.

AMAZING HOTEL! 100% clean, super dog friendly, amazing breakfast, lovely bathrooms and the staff was extremely nice. I had planed to stay 1 night, but ended up staying 3. There was also a storage room for the bikes, a little fridge in the room and it´s basically located at the edge of the old city of Trento. I booked the first night via lastminute.com and that booking process was terrible. Lastminute.com did not send me a confirmation for hours and hours and there was no hotline, just the communication via chat and that was difficult on the way (I was touring with the bike). I also found out that the price was way cheaper when I booked the following nights in the hotel directly. So I would highly recommend to just call the hotel and book there.

Very satisfied with the service, room and location of the hotel

Beautiful hotel in a very central location. We were there with our bikes. The hotel has a bike storage room. Our first room smelled a bit of smoke. We complained and were immediately given another room and even an upgrade. Great service. The breakfast is fantastic.
