Hosuto In Genova

The food at home took a long time to arrive, fried rolls were ok, with raw salmon for three. The Wakame salad was completely ruined :(

It's the third time I've come to this restaurant, the place inside, even if a little hidden, is very welcoming, the staff super helpful and kind, the dishes super good, the only thing I would say is the addition of some gunkan in more salmon, the price currently is 14.90 super competitive in Genoa, I hope they continue like this, I will definitely return other times
