Hosuto In Genova

The food at home took a long time to arrive, fried rolls were ok, with raw salmon for three. The Wakame salad was completely ruined :(

It is the third time I have come to this restaurant, the place inside, even if a little hidden, is very welcoming, the staff are super helpful and kind, the dishes are super good, the only thing I would say is the addition of a few more gunkan to the salmon, the price currently is 14.90 super competitive in Genoa, I hope they continue like this, I will definitely return other times

Friendly and polite staff, excellent quality food, the only flaw is very good dishes that can only be ordered once. I'll be back
