The food is excellent, with innovative cuisine that is strongly rooted in local products and traditions. Excellent wine list. Friendly, not overly formal, and overall excellent service. Every visit is captivating, especially because, while the menu features the "must-haves," there are always some delightful new additions.

A very nice and well-run place. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and attentive to their customers. I highly recommend the "Spaghetto dell'hosteria" as a first course, but in general, no dish will disappoint. The aperitif offered in the cellar is very welcome.

We spent a couple of days here—Rino, Sonja, Gabriella, and Marco—and I had heard about this place. The opportunity arose to stop for dinner... what can I say? The welcome was excellent, the aperitif in the cellar was fabulous, and the dinner was AMAZING...
Highly recommended...the quality was excellent!!!

A delightful discovery in the historic center of Boiano.... The description of a perfect lunch doesn't fully capture the experience.... Starting with the welcome and professionalism of the entire staff....impeccable!! The aperitif with excellent prosecco accompanied by local cured meats and cheeses in the cellar: an authentic and evocative setting.... The pairings with typical local products further enhanced the flavors, creating a complete culinary experience. The final treat was a surprise candle on the dessert course (the owners' idea) for the celebration of two birthdays. Highly recommended!!

Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dall'attenzione che viene data in questo posto al cliente. Ci si sente considerati e coccolato, a partire dall'experience in cantina alle varie esigenze alla bontà dei piatti. Favoloso lo spaghetto quadrato con la fonduta. Con la mia ragazza abbiamo preso il menù degustazione ed è stato tutto squisito. Complimenti!

In occasione del mio compleanno siamo stati a cena in questo ristorantino nel centro storico di Bojano. Tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli, dall'aperitivo in cantina fino al dolce (con sorpresa- la candelina). Il menù degustazione è stato ottimo, il servizio veloce e impeccabile. Torneremo sicuramente.
