We were visiting Aosta and my husband and I had lunch here in the company of our big dog 🐕🦺. The service was precise, attentive, professional and friendly. The place is clean, tidy and welcoming. The food was excellent. Excellent value for money. We ate polenta concia (😋), a carbonada and an Aosta Valley cutlet both with a side of buttered potatoes. 2 glasses of wine, water, fruit salad and coffee spending €60.

Sunday 2 February.... As always we stop to eat in this hosteria.. As always, excellent excellent food
staff.... We had lunch in the second room near the windows, a local flaw too hot, but we will return because the food is really good

We had lunch here on Saturday and really enjoyed it.
4⭐ to the food only because my salad was covered in rubbish sauce which made it a little cloying. For the rest, typical Aosta Valley dishes and not really excellent ones, especially the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms. Courteous service and a nice and pleasant environment. Fair prices.

At the Feast of Sant'Orso 2025, despite the large number of people, the service was fast. Polenta with mountain cheese fontina, beef carbonade and excellent red wine. Worth a return.

I went today with a nice group of Valsesians /Valsesserini /, Valle Cervo with "TU Mi FAI GIRAR", a splendid travel agency. We ate very well, served well and quickly by the girls and everything was really excellent. I really appreciated the appetizer, the Aosta Valley cannelloni, I ate half a carbonada with polenta, the very good Bonet and a hot coffee, water, wine and bread as much as you want. The black bread with figs, raisins and nuts is also REALLY EXCELLENT!!!!! Beautiful convivial moment for this trip to the S Orso Fair. I recommend it!

We went for lunch yesterday during the Sant Orso fair. We took the tasting menu: starter, first course, second course with side dish and dessert. Cost of the menu 30 euros each. It was all very good.
