Chef Costigliola offers fragrant, personal, and well-balanced cuisine. We enjoyed everything on the "Intrecci" menu, but his version of "Potato and Octopus" was truly delicious. Kudos also to the "Riccia Scomposta" (a type of scrambled egg pasta) and the chocolate truffle we enjoyed to round out the meal; they both made us want to return to try Chef Luigi's cuisine. Furthermore, the service provided by the restaurant manager was as pleasant as the tasting and absolutely essential to the success of the dinner.

Mi dispiace usare una frase fatta ma non mi viene in mente niente altro a parte: innovare nella tradizione. Locale minimal con gusto, pulito ed ordinato. Parte esterna fresca e piacevole. Cortesia e disponibilità per accompagnare il cliente verso scelte consapevoli ed interessanti con descrizioni minuziose dei piatti. Abbiamo notato l'uso di ingredienti inusuali ma assolutamente azzeccati. Nessun problema se avete il vostro cagnolino e, nel delirio dei we di Bacoli, questo è un posto che si raggiunge con facilità e con altrettanta facilità si riesce a parcheggiare. Bravi !
