In quel di Bacoli, a mezza collina, due amici (chef e sommelier) hanno in piedi da circa un lustro un progetto enogastronomico di sicuro valore. Bella la location interna con gradevole dehors esterno per il periodo estivo, interessante la proposta gastronomica ecumenicamente divisa terra e mare.

A unique venue, limited number of tables, minimalist style. In the background, an enjoyable, amazing old-fashioned French music. On one wall, the neon sign "Everything is possible" gives an idea of the gastronomic philosophy behind the project. Luca, the co-owner together with Chef Luigi, takes us by the hand on a sensory journey consisting of six fish-based courses, caressed by original, surprising formulas, without specific boundaries and often illuminated by the fragrant gaze of citrus fruits from the Campi Flegrei. The wine pairing is rigorous in its perfection, from the appetizer to the dessert. At the end of the dinner, we find ourselves reflecting, amazed, on the intoxication of the palate just experienced. A highly recommended restaurant, which rightfully enters into culinary memory, immersed in a territory unique for its beauty, history and personality.
