A true institution in Frosinone, in the upper part of the city. I returned here with colleagues for the second time, and even after a while, the quality is still excellent, with generous portions and impeccable service. All the desserts are worth trying. Well done.

They deserve 5 stars, very delicate fried fish and exquisite paccheri with 3 tomatoes, I recommend them.

We returned home truly grateful for having discovered this little gem on a quiet side street in Frosinone. The atmosphere is elegant, intimate, and quiet, ideal for those seeking a relaxing evening. The service? Simply extraordinary: you feel pampered with kindness, never too intrusive, but always attentive and impeccable. We started with two memorable appetizers: perfectly fried zucchini flowers stuffed with buffalo mozzarella and accompanied by red shrimp tartare; and a delicate cod served with a velvety cod mayonnaise—a truly surprising balance of flavors. For the first course, my girlfriend enjoyed homemade tagliolini with cacio e pepe rosa and red shrimp tartare, an elegant and tasty dish. I chose a short pasta—probably fusilli or rotini—with eggplant, black olives, and a tender white fish: a flavorful and well-balanced combination. The chef demonstrates great creativity in his choice of ingredients and their execution. To finish, the house tiramisu: made entirely by hand, including the ladyfingers, was simply out of this world—a captivating, balanced dessert, extraordinary in its simplicity. In short: refined hospitality, superior cuisine, and an intimate atmosphere. An experience worth every penny. I highly recommend making a reservation—it's definitely worth it!
