I have more than a few experiences in this Hostaria, I can only say that they surpass themselves every time. There is not a time where you wake up disappointed in any aspect (impossible) I only want to say one thing, reviews are useful but going to try confirms what you read. A pleasant discovery in the Arcinazzo plateaus! This welcoming tavern stands out for its warm atmosphere, friendly staff and excellent quality of dishes. The appetizer was a surprise: a delicious platter that goes beyond the classic mix of cured meats and cheeses, instead offering a truly original combination of cured meats and cooked foods. Among the desserts, the semifreddo with cannoli and caramelized almonds stands out, a real treat not to be missed. An experience I highly recommend!

Una piccola location ad Arcinazzo dove decidi di trascorrere il pranzo di Santo Stefano, giornate da sempre sconsigliate per usufruire di buona ristorazione ma questo non è stato il caso dell’Hostaria. Qualità, cortesia, ricercatezza nella preparazione dei piatti e prodotti del territorio. L’ antipasto offre delle prelibatezze come il flan di patate e tartufo, la pizza fritta con salumi locali e poi sua maestà il porcino. Ottimi i primi piatti ed anche abbondanti nelle porzioni. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente. Super consigliato.

I tried this place for the first time before Christmas for a dinner with colleagues and I found it truly extraordinary. Delicious food, all local and fresh products, generous and well-seasoned portions, excellent cleanliness of the place. Both the welcome and the service from the owner Riccardo were excellent! Not to mention the prices, more than good! Good value for money! Pay attention to the anti-Covid19 regulations. This evening I returned for dinner with my partner and I confirm that it wasn't just a first impression, I confirm everything! I recommend their hostaria starter, the first courses I must say all have fresh pasta, tender meat and the truly delicious tiramisu! I returned after some time and I am happy to confirm my previous review.

We had a Sunday lunch after being in Fiuggi. Truly an excellent choice. Special and extensive menu on the blackboard. We savored strips with mushrooms, turkey stew with potatoes and sautéed vegetables. Finally tiramisu and apple pie with walnut ice cream.

Ho pranzato domenica con mio figlio. Siamo stati davvero bene, abbiamo pranzato fuori vista la splendida giornata, sotto un delizioso pergolato. Tagliere misto molto raffinato con delle stupende vellutate oltre ai soliti affettati e formaggi, porcini arrostiti che erano il piatto del giorno, ottimi. Io fettuccine ai porcini e mio figlio strangozzi al ragù bianco e tartufo, tutto molto buono. Non abbiamo preso i secondi. Un quartino di rosso cesanese buono, servizio ottimo, persone serie e cortesi oltreché professionali. Il conto onesto, dentro ho visto una grande sala con caminetto, per l’inverno. Una recensione davvero positiva la mia, se la sono meritata. Ci tornerò senza dubbio.
