It was a wonderful discovery immersed in the Crema countryside, non-trivial dishes but well blended different ingredients, a perfect combo for my taste, impeccable service, suitable times, in short, I recommend it.

Au cours d'un séjour très agréable et reposant à Moscazzano, nous avons,moi et ma fille, dîné 2 soirs à l'Hoteria San Carlo, et avons passé un excellent moment, très bien accueillies par Sergio et Lotte. Nous avons surtout très bien mangé et apprécié la gastronomie italienne. Je recommande vivement !

We certainly didn't have a bad meal and the place is pleasant, but overall we were a little disappointed. We took two mixed ground appetizers, and unfortunately the fried food was dripping with oil, making it difficult to eat. The first ones were very good. The waiter didn't bring us bread and we had to ask for it (other tables also brought small bowls with contents unknown to us, because we didn't receive that either). In retrospect we realized that they also made a mistake on the receipt, €8 for a small Ichnusa is unthinkable.

Tidy and well-maintained place, helpful and courteous staff. Quality food, good combinations, refined and well presented dishes. Lost in the lower Po Valley but you can get there easily. Maybe the slightly high price

We went to this place on Easter Sunday. Nothing to say about food and service, but when it came to the bill I found it unfair that we charged the children for the full menu even though they only ate a plate of pasta and strawberries. They could have notified us when ordering.

Bisogna cercarlo, ma una volta trovato non delude, in mezzo alla campagna bella location, con ampi spazi per pranzi , cene e cerimonie, menù vario di carne e pesce, ben presentato ed altrettanto bene cucinato, prezzi nella media , la simpatia dei titolari non ha prezzo , fateci un giro

15/07/2024: Beautiful location. Rooms a little dated but clean and comfortable. We slept great. Welcomed with kindness and courtesy.

05/08/2024: We came across this restaurant by chance, typical of the region and far from the tourist traps. Great value for money The person who manages the service is very friendly In short, a perfect address!
25/06/2024: Cozy environment. Good cold cuts platter, mixed boiled beef cotechino and tongue in various sauces, good without body. Grilled courgette side dish. Excellent wine. Bitter. €50.
