Welcoming atmosphere and staff.
Extensive traditional menu, fried appetizers a bit heavy and salty. First courses are good but not exceptional, generous portions, but I would pay more attention to the oil—the grey grits floated—and the pasta in general. The Amatriciana was good.
A perfect place for a dinner with friends; the pasta dishes are beautiful!

Nice place, but it could use a little updating. The staff is friendly. We ordered fried food, the amazing zucchini flowers, and then a trio of first courses: the speck of pasta was spectacular, while the cacio e pepe and amatriciana could be better. Another dish was the very runny carbonara, and to finish, the oxtail stew was very good. The price was a bit high, with a €3 cover charge. We ate at a wooden table with no tablecloth, and there was no bread or breadsticks. There's room for improvement.

Fantastic experience! A true slice of authentic Rome, with traditional dishes cooked to perfection. Amazing carbonara and cacio e pepe, generous portions. Welcoming atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. You can taste the passion and love for Roman cuisine in every dish.
I'll definitely be back—one of the best Roman restaurants I've been to in recent years! 👏🍝🇮🇹

A corner of Rome in Monza!
A typical Roman restaurant with a modern twist, clean and well-organized!
Knowledgeable staff.
The food is very good and high-quality, but the portions, especially the first courses, are a bit small (which is why I didn't give it 5 stars).
The appetizers are excellent! I recommend the fried zucchini flowers, supplì, and fried pizzas.
For the first courses, I had the gricia, and it was excellent. It's a shame the portion wasn't generous considering the price, as mentioned above. Let's move on to the second courses: you must try the oxtail stew and the fried cod with sautéed puntarelle, fabulous!
The prices are a bit high (compared to other trattorias in Rome).
Another drawback is the lack of parking in the area (another reason why I didn't give it the maximum rating). Otherwise, nothing else to complain about.
In any case, I recommend it if you're craving Roman food!

Nice, quiet place. The fried pizza with mortadella and the supplì are really tasty. The carbonara pasta is good but nothing exceptional. I didn't like the tonnarelli cacio e pepe. Anyway, the prices are great and the staff is very friendly.

New restaurant, excellent food, excellent quality, highly recommended. Prices are moderately high, but it's definitely worth it for a truly delicious dinner. One star less for the ambiance because the location is in a small alley and there's limited seating. For the service, food, and hospitality, they deserve a 10, and we hope to see them grow in the future into a venue as splendid as their quality.

Delicious... The zucchini flowers were fantastic (you can really taste the anchovy) and the supplì was delicious... Three of us had the trio and one had the carbonara... The amatriciana was one of the best I've ever had, the other first courses were very good, the guanciale and pecorino were fantastic!! The gricia and carbonara were a bit runny, but they were so good, guys!! Homemade peach sorbet... Everything was top notch!! Go there!!

Cute place, great staff, and... excellent food! The food is delicious; even I, a vegan, had a great time! From appetizer to dessert, everything was perfect! I highly recommend the wine biscuits!
