Hostaria Rò and Buní the true Romagna flavors of the past. I often go to the Rimini/Riccione areas, and this time, I needed something different from the usual fish restaurant. Said/done, I started looking for something that could make me say: "this is the real Romagna cuisine" and I found it. Very nice place even abroad, as soon as you arrive you can already smell the grill (very inviting) 😋 the restaurant has several rooms where you can be welcomed, all the rooms are clean and welcoming, the staff welcome you like a true Romagna person knows how to be. Always a guarantee. The first courses are excellent, with a special mention for the tagliatelle with meat sauce and the gnocco with Fossa cheese, which despite the abundant cream is very, very good. They also spoke well of the cappelletti in broth, I will come back to try them. The Santarcangiolese style piadina is good, the mixed grill is good, cooked well, homogeneous and very tender, who knows if they use roner.

Je suis allé au restaurant Ro’ e Buni’ jeudi soir avec mes amis. Ce restaurant propose une large carte pleine de premiers plats faits maison et de viande. Nous avons commence avec une assiette de charcuterie et fromages , comme plat principal un mélange de viandes grillées avec des brochettes et des saucisses accompagnées de délicieuses pommes de terre au four et de salade. En dessert, nous avons dégusté un tiramisu maison, léger et crémeux, vraiment exceptionnel. Le service était excellent, le personnel était beaucoup professionnel et chaleureux, toujours prêt à nous conseiller sur les plats et à s'assurer que nous passions un bon moment. Une expérience gastronomique que je recommande vivement à ceux qui aiment la cuisine italienne traditionnelle.

Excellent restaurant/tavern/hostaria in the Rimini hinterland, 10/12 km from Rimini. Typically Romagna hostaria Fast service and very kind. Homemade pasta and grilled meat. Everything was fabulous, from the appetizers with delicious piada to the first courses, the second courses, the side dishes and the desserts. Congratulations to the managers and staff of Ro and Bunì.
