excellent food, peaceful, quiet environment, background music that doesn't disturb, friendly waitresses always with a smile (THEY DESERVE A TIP I RECOMMEND) fair price. The more I go there, the more I can't wait to go back.❤️

Lovely Hostaria. Extensive selection of meats available as well as various pasta dishes. Great atmosphere, kind people. Visited by locals. Definitely recommend!

Super reasonable set lunch menu 8E. With several choices. Really home style cooked good, tasty, very local, -There were 4 nuns at a table when i was there. Im sure their dinners are just as good. Its at the end of the medieval area, i would recommend this over any of the ones there.

Siamo stati in questo ristorantino su suggerimento di una nostra amica che abita qui a Viterbo. Veramente una bella sorpresa,tutto molto curato,dall’atmosfera al servizio attento e veloce..la cosa che ha fatto la differenza è stata la carne Veramente Top ! Siamo stati molto bene. Cucina da Osteria/ Braceria con atmosfera molto accogliente. In tre abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto. Sicuramente posto da tornare a trovare .

25/04/2025: I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.
