A very cute and quaint place, all in stone. Very good starters with cured meats, spectacular carbonara, as well as tagliata with lard and spring onions. Fast service and courteous and friendly staff.

The location is beautiful and welcoming. The service is provided by competent staff, who are immediately obvious as to their passion for their craft. As for the food, I assure you, it's impeccable. There isn't a single dish we didn't like, and the price/quality ratio is 5-star. Even though I'm not from the area, I'll definitely be back. P.S. As I told the waitress, it's one of the best pistachio cheesecakes I've ever eaten.

Siamo stati in questo ristorantino su suggerimento di una nostra amica che abita qui a Viterbo. Veramente una bella sorpresa,tutto molto curato,dall’atmosfera al servizio attento e veloce..la cosa che ha fatto la differenza è stata la carne Veramente Top ! Siamo stati molto bene. Cucina da Osteria/ Braceria con atmosfera molto accogliente. In tre abbiamo mangiato bene e speso il giusto. Sicuramente posto da tornare a trovare .

14/09/2025: It's always a confirmation, authentic flavors and above all, from another era, like the atmosphere, which I think is unique in the place. No further reviews are needed, just try it!!!
14/09/2025: Gorgeous little town and an amazing restaurant not to be missed . We loved the food and service! Authentic traditional recipes and an amazing selection of wine. Do listen to their wine recommendation they do know the best :)
