We had dinner at the Hostaria on Wednesday evening, we were passing through Viterbo and we found it by searching on Google, fortunately I would say. We really appreciated the written story, which can be found at every table, of how Hostaria Lo Spito was born. The food was excellent, I had a steak with rosemary that I will hardly forget, really delicious. The dishes are plentiful. It's a shame that we only stayed one night in Viterbo otherwise we would definitely have returned the next day. If we were to return to Viterbo, the Hostaria would be a safe stop.

After returning from a trip we stopped in this place to eat, we really enjoyed it.
It was a very pleasant surprise, if we find ourselves in the area we will definitely return.

Great place to eat and spend a pleasant evening. Applause service, extremely helpful and incredible how she can handle 40 people on her own. Truly complimentary! Delicious food and great portions! Excellent value for money!

Posto molto carino e specializzato per la carne. Ampia scelta di "Tagliate" cotte in modo eccellente e di eccellente qualità e scioglievolezza. Ottimi anche gli antipasti ed i dessert. Esperienza veramente soddisfacente.

Characteristic and very well looked after location, I was there for lunch where they offer a fixed menu while for dinner the menu is à la carte.

Wow, Wow, Wow. What presents as an unobtrusive little local bar, delivers with great food and service. Whilst I only had an awesome pasta and a dessert, IO watched in awe as other dinners had dishes delivered that looked amazing.
