Found thanks to a Facebook group about places to have lunch, I admit I didn't have high expectations.
The place is actually very beautiful and comfortable, located in an old building in the center of Viterbo. The staff is excellent, helpful, and attentive, especially to the needs of our 20-month-old baby.
Fixed-price lunch menu for €10, with a choice of first course, second course, and side dish.
Excellent quality and decent portions.
Parking is not difficult to find nearby (with a parking meter).
Highly recommended!

Ristorante che per pranzo ha il miglior rapporto qualità/costo che abbia mai trovato. 10 euro per una scelta fra due primi e due secondi con contorno e un supplemento di 2 euro per il dolce. Ambiente molto caratteristico e bello, locale che si riempie velocemente ma con servizio gentile e celere.
Mangiato proprio bene, da provare anche la sera quando diventa una braceria

Molto carino il locale. Sottofondo di musica gradevole. Gentile la ragazza che ci ha servito e poi i primi buonissimi. Consiglio i fagottini. Per me eccezionali. Il filetto cotto al sangue morbidissimo. Consiglio di venire a trovarli. Se torno a Viterbo sicuramente mi fermo
