Hostaria G. Strehler In Trieste

Fui a este restaurante basado en muy buenas críticas de él en otros lugares. Llamé el sábado por la tarde después de llegar a Trieste, pero sin una reserva para la noche - sin embargo, aunque no pude conseguir una mesa para la noche, pude ser apretado en el almuerzo del domingo. Este es un lugar bastante pequeño con alrededor de 7 / 8 mesas, así que definitivamente se necesitan reservas - también está al lado del teatro Rossetti, así que supongo que se pone muy ocupado por los clientes del teatro. El restaurante es dirigido por el propietario y ella lo dirige muy eficientemente. Ella no habla inglés, pero mi italiano me vio a través. El menú está escrito a mano como se muestra en la foto que he adjuntado. Los precios no son muy caros y las porciones son bastante buenas. Tomé los ñoquis con goulash y el frico más dos copas de vino de buen tamaño por 32€. Este es principalmente un restaurante para los lugareños donde la comida refleja los platos locales de Trieste. Sin duda recomendaría una visita

Cucina tipica di ottimo livello, tutto buonissimo, locale che ti fa sentire a casa e che riflette quello che ci si aspetta da un osteria. La gestione super, la titolare in sala gestisce da sola tutto al meglio. Questo posto, scoperto un po' per caso in una breve vacanza a Trieste è decisamente Top e sopra la media. Super anche la gestione del senza glutine. Davvero complimenti

The food is very good, nothing to say, but the fact that there was only one person in the room to serve all the tables penalized the result. Even though we had to bend over backwards, the waits between one course and another were considerable. It would be very useful to have additional help, at least on the weekend

Beautiful typical restaurant with excellent food. Very kind and super helpful owner. Typical cuisine, truly exquisite, at a more than honest price. The only advice is to book given the capacity of the place.

I got the frico, polenta ai funghi and ravioli di muggine, each dish well balanced and delicious. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. I really enjoyed my experience here.

A little anonymous place and good service, but a little slow... it's still worth it for the excellent food

Seven people for lunch on Saturday. Good food, simple dishes, fairly limited menu choice but better that way, I have always appreciated restaurants where not many dishes are prepared but those available are good. Service entrusted to a single person so obviously the times take a little longer, but overall a very good experience.

Typical Friulian tavern, a family environment but with the right amount of intimacy. The dishes are typical of the area, delicious and very tasty. AIC circuit for celiacs (I say it as a celiac it's worth it!!!). The owner who manages the entire room alone is an always smiling force of nature. Absolutely low prices! I'm just saying that we went back twice in a row! It's really worth it!!!
