I got the frico, polenta ai funghi and ravioli di muggine, each dish well balanced and delicious. Service is friendly and the atmosphere is casual. I really enjoyed my experience here.

A little anonymous place and good service, but a little slow... it's still worth it for the excellent food

Typical Friulian tavern, a family environment but with the right amount of intimacy. The dishes are typical of the area, delicious and very tasty. AIC circuit for celiacs (I say it as a celiac it's worth it!!!). The owner who manages the entire room alone is an always smiling force of nature. Absolutely low prices! I'm just saying that we went back twice in a row! It's really worth it!!!

Seven people for lunch on Saturday. Good food, simple dishes, fairly limited menu choice but better that way, I have always appreciated restaurants where not many dishes are prepared but those available are good. Service entrusted to a single person so obviously the times take a little longer, but overall a very good experience.

Imagine a Sunday evening for dinner, a crowded place (with a large table), consider just one person who seats you, takes the orders, serves at the table, answers the phone, does the bill... The service - as far as the lady knows juggle - inevitably suffers. Let's be clear: the appetizer was served quickly (maybe 5 minutes passed after ordering), the first in a very acceptable time, but you can't eclipse yourself for 40 minutes afterwards! And - when you come to take the dishes - don't even ask if you want dessert or coffee! A real shame because the food is really good, well prepared and the portions are also generous. The place is not as tiny as read in some reviews: considering both the first room as soon as you enter and another room after the arch, there are still around forty seats. The lady in charge of the dining room was not very empathetic: meager explanations on the dishes, few smiles (in our case only dispensed when paying and saying goodbye). I want to think that this is due to the workload... Extremely correct account.

Historic venue, classic style of the taverns of the past: Expertly prepared dishes, abundant, and fair prices... Super!

We had dinner at this welcoming tavern with a group of 16 people. Adriana prepared a series of typical local dishes for us which were a real journey into the gastronomic culture of Trieste and Friuli. Cozy atmosphere and excellent service. Superlative dishes! Thank you!

Non potevamo sperare di concludere la vacanza in un luogo migliore. Un'osteria dal sapore delicatamente intenso. Una poesia recitata da un'attrice che con disinvoltura, danza tra le prelibatezze della sua cucina e le condivide con sicurezza e convinzione. Atto ultimo che ha restituito alla vacanza croata la bellezza della cucina e del buon cibo.

Tutto molto buono, menu tipico friulano, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, gentili, bella location vicino teatro. ci torneremo alla prossima visita a Trieste
