Truly amazing!!! Top location, impeccable service, and a chef who cooks top-notch truffle dishes!!! All accompanied by an excellent Pitigliano white wine, of course.

Living in Pitigliano, I know the restaurant, which has been open for 20 years now, and every time I come, I'm always amazed by the quality of the dishes and the truly excellent, warm, professional, and never-intrusive service, both from the waiters and the very kind owners. If you're looking for traditional dishes, but also revisited and prepared in the finest possible way, you're in the right place. The Pan Brioche with liver pâté, truffle, and fig jam was exceptional (the best liver pâté I've had in Tuscany, where it's typical), the ignudi with truffle were made to perfection, not to mention the desserts and the truly impressive wine list. Last but not least, the location in the Piazza del Duomo, which remains intimate and very evocative, and the decor, which is elegant and understated. The prices are in line with everything offered. Undoubtedly the best restaurant in Pitigliano!

From the appetizer, a refined array of crostini prepared with fresh, authentic ingredients, the attention to detail and quality of the cuisine is evident. The culinary journey continued with a surprising first course: tagliatelle with pigeon, full-bodied and enveloping, showcasing the authentic flavors of Tuscan tradition. Next, the cheek braised in white wine, cooked to perfection, tender and rich in aromatic nuances that made every bite memorable. The grand finale was entrusted to dessert: an exceptional tiramisu, creamy and well-balanced, and a delicious fagottino, which closed the experience on an unforgettable sweet note. The location is breathtaking, immersed in the unique scenery of the village of Pitigliano, and contributes to making a stop here a special experience. The service is impeccable: fast, attentive, and courteous. Special thanks go to waiter Andreas, whose professionalism and kindness made the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place: if you find yourself in Pitigliano, you can't miss this inn.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Pitigliano. We had lunch inside the loggia adjacent to the restaurant, which is essential for enjoying the exquisite dishes al fresco. The staff is very friendly and attentive to detail. The highlight of the culinary offering is undoubtedly the chef's skill in carefully crafting top-quality ingredients. The price reflects the quality, so it's fair. Highly recommended.

Amazing meal in a beautiful place. The ingredients are simple but well treated and beautifully served. We mostly ate plant based items because we wanted to keep it light for a midday meal, but the selection includes meat based traditional dishes. The wine list is an education. The best part is they do not allow smoking, not even outdoors.
